Sugarcane is the most important sugar crop in China, mainly was spreaded in China's tropical or subtropical regions. With the increasing demand for sugar in the world,sugarcane's growing acreage is expanding, and the issue of icreasing sugar cane leaf waste was followed on. How to properly solve these sugarcane leaf waste is a big problem for the sugarcane farmers. The technology of the sugarcane leaves's mechanical crushing and returning to the field is a good method to solve the big problem. It can not only prevent the harm caused by the burning of sugar cane leaves, but also increase the organic matter content continuing. Therefore, the soil hardening is effectively prevented and the field productivity can be improved. However, the sugarcane leaves are difficult to break down in the open air, and the current crushing machine can only crush the sugar cane leaves firtly,and then burry the sugarcane leaves deep afer ploughing. In this process, not only the operation process is complex, and the operating efficiency is low. In this paper, a kind of 1GFS-150 vertical sugar cane leaf crushing and deepening machine is designed, which can complete the process of crushing, deep burial and returning on one round. By analyzing the mechanical properties of the sugarcane leaves,key component design and field experiment,the optimal combination structure parameters were determined. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Fertility test and analysis of sugarcane leaves: The results showed that the, sugar cane leaves with less water content were more likely to be destroyed in the experiment.Therefore, the dried sugarcane leaves should be chopped and buried, in order to help reduce power consumption.(2) The overall design of the prototype: the central transmission form was used for the power transmission, So the transmission process power consumption was reduced, and the overall balance of the machine was maintained.(3) Design and analysis of key components: The structural parameters of the cutting tool and the grinding knife are designed to analyze the motion parameters of the grinding knife, and the structural parameters of the guiding device are designed to ensure that the sugarcane leaf debris is fired. The structure parameters of the wing furrow plow are guaranteed to be easy to install, and the installation position is tested several times. It is determined to be installed on the right side of the rack and can be successfully ditched. The winged furrow is relatively independent and simple in structure.(4) Field experiment and analysis. Considering the rotating speed of right angle type cutter , the traveling speed of the tractor and the height of the tool holder to ground as the main factors, the relation between the factors and the crushing and rooting rate of sugarcane leaves were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test . The orthogonal experiment of three factors with the main influencing factors as variables was used to obtain the order Combination, after a comprehensive consideration of the power consumption of the machine to determine the rotation speed of the right angle knife is 864r/ min, tractor forward speed is 1.0m / s, the height from knife to the ground is 20cm. The experimental results show that the innovative design of 1GFS-150 vertical sugar cane leaf crushing deep-buried machine can complete the work of sugar cane leaves, deep burial and soil loosening on one round, and the productivity is 0.25 hm2·h-1, the crushing rate 91.28%, the depth of 71.67%.Through the anti-blocking design, the main performance indicators to meet the relevant agronomic requirements.The direction and recommendations need to be improved: how to improve the depth of buried and reliability, and the further optimize the design to adapt to the use of production needs.
