In the management of grape cultivation, grape fertilization is an important part of the grape production, rational fertilization can play a role in regulating soil composition, improving crop development and nutritional conditions. Organic fertilizer can improve the content of the vineyard soil organic matter, nutrients and comprehensive, in general after picking grapes to buried before the application of organic fertilizer. Grape existing organic fertilizer applicator in the presence of the fertilizer is lack of power, the fertilizer box and fertilizer to overhead, the field over the ridge through poor, ditching depth and other issues, these problems easily lead to fertilization inhomogeneity, reducing the efficiency of fertilization, such fertilizing equipment can not meet the high efficiency precision fertilization requirements.In view of the above problems, combined with the characteristics of Ningxia grape planting pattern and the actual situation of grape production in Ningxia, this paper designs a can once complete the ditching, fertilizing and covering soil organic fertilizer grape fertilization machine, power transmission system, a ditching device, fertilizing device and hydraulic device and a frame is composed of several parts.According to the Ningxia grape cultivation mode and vineyard organic fertilizer deep application of agricultural requirements, determine the overall design scheme. Through theoretical calculation, including the design and selection of part of the frame, powertrain, fertilizing device, ditching device and hydraulic system. Drawing parts by using Solidworks software, and according to the design scheme of parts for assembly.In the analysis of the theory of the opener on the basis of reasonable design of the opener blade and shank respectively, and blade and shank were stress analysis, the shank front face of the design surface, to reduce the digging resistance, reduce the power consumption; Based on mechanical analysis of the opener, calculate the opener opener resistance, and the opener traction test and test the actual traction force and stress analysis results are close to, and stress analysis is reasonable; The opener of the shovel handle and blade were finite element analysis, find shovel handle and blade easy wear parts through the analysis of the results.After the prototype is developed, the field performance test is carried out according to the relevant standards. The statistical results of field experiment indicated that, trenching depth by more than 40 cm, width of ditching between 30~40cm, grape root 50cm away from the trenches around, fully meet the grape organic fertilizer deep applying agronomic requirements; The results of stability test and fertilization uniformity test results show that the fertilizer is stable and reliable, and can effectively solve the problem of the fertilizer is easy to be elevated and blocked.
