This experiment was using astragalus superfine powder added to the three yellow chicken fodders,by measuring production performance and related hormones,anti-oxidation,immune function and intestinal related indicators,etc,to Study the effects of astragalus superfine powder on the growth performance of three-yellow chicken and its mechanism of action.270 three-yellow chicken were randomly divided into 6 groups,each group of three replicates,each replicate includes 15 animals.Group ? was fed with basal diet as blank control group,Group ?for antibiotics group,adding antibiotics(10%polymyxin 60 mg/kg and 15%bacitracin zinc 200 mg/kg),Group ????? were fed basal diet supplemented with 0.5%?0.75%?1%Astragalus ultramicro powder respectively,group ? was added 1%with astragalus ordinary powder.The experiment lasted for 70 days,1?28 d for the first stage,the 29?70 d as the second stage,on the 28th day and 70th day,production performance and related hormones,anti-oxidation,immune function and intestinal related indicators,etc were measured.The specific test results were as follows:(1)Production performance and hormone levels:Compared with the blank control group,different degree to reduce the feed conversion ration of Astragalus ultramicro powder group on 28th and 70th,compare with antibiotics,there was no significant difference,and better to ordinary powder.0.5%superfine powder slaughter rate,0.5%superfine powder group and 1%superfine powder group had a significantly higher rate of chest muscle to blank control group(P<0.05),there was no difference to the Half eviscerated ratio,eviscerated rate and leg muscle rate(P>0.05);At 28 d,compared with the blank group,the growth hormone levels of 0.5%superfine powder and 0.75%superfine powder group increased significantly(P<0.05),T3/T4 levels increased highly significant(P<0.01),at 70d,compared with the blank group,the growth hormone levels of 0.75%superfine powder group increased significantly(P<0.05),the T3/T4 levels were highly significant increased(P<0.01),there was no significant difference to the content of IGF-I(P>0.05).(2)Antioxidant index:On 28th day,there was no significant difference among test groups in the activity of antioxidant,the content of MDA in serum of 0.5%superfine powder group was significantly lowder than that of control group(P<0.05).On 70th day,the activity of T-AOC of 0.75%superfine powder group was extremely significant higher than 1%ordinary powder group(P<0.01),significantly higher than that of blank group(P<0.05),the activity of GSH-Px in serum of 0.75%superfine powder group was significantly higher than the blank control group,the content of MDA of 0.75%superfine powder group was significantly lower than blank control group and coarse powder group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference to the activity of T-SOD(P>0.05).(3)Intestinal indicators:On 28th day,compared with blank group,the amylase activity of 0.75%superfine powder group significantly increased(P<0.05),lipase levels very significantly increased(P<0.01),the trypsin activity of 0.5%superfine powder group increased significantly(P<0.05);on 70tth day,the activity of amylase of 0.75%superfine powder had a significantly higher than the blank control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between antibiotic group and ordinary powder group(P>0.05),compared with blank group,the activity of lipase of 0.5%and 0.75%superfine powder groups increased significantly(P<0.05),the activity of trypsin of 0.5%superfine powder increased significantly(P<0.05),there was no difference to the antibiotic group and ordinary group(P>0.05).Compared with the blank group,the V/C of the duodenum,jejunum,ileum had different degree improved,the 0.75%superfine powder increased very significantly on 70th day(P<0.01),there was no significant difference compared with antibiotic group(P>0.05).Compared with the blank group,the E.coli numbers of 0.75%superfine powder reduced significantly(P<0.05),the L.lactis numbers increased significantly(P<0.05),there was no difference to the antibiotic group and ordinary group(P>0.05).(4)Immune function indicators:Compared with the blank group and ordinary group,different degree increased to the lymphocyte transformation rate,of which on 70th day,the 0.5%and 0.75%superfine powder group very significantly increased(P<0.01).28 d,the spleen index of 0.5%superfine powder group was significantly higher than blank control group(P<0.05),bursa of fabricius index and thymus index were no significant difference(P>0.05);There were no difference between experimental groups to the contents of total protein?lysozyme?IL-2 and IFN-?.on 28th day,the content of albumin of 0.5%superfine powder group was very significantly higher than that of blank control group(P<0.01),the content of albumin of 0.75%superfine powder group was significantly higher than that of blank control group(P<0.05),the content of globulin was significantly higher than the antibiotic group(P<0.05),on 70th day,the content of albumin of 0.75%superfine powder group was significantly higher than the blank control group(P<0.05),the content of globulin of 0.5%superfine powder group was significantly higher than that the ordinary powder group(P<0.05),there was no difference between the antibiotic group(P>0.05).(5)Serum biochemical indicators:on 28th day,compared with the blank control group,the HDL levels of 0.75%superfine powder group were increased significantly(P<0.05),different degree increased to the 0.5%and 1%superfine powder group,there was no significantly difference compared with the antibiotics group(P>0.05),on70th day,the content of urea of 0.75%superfine powder was significantly lower than the blank control group and ordinary group(P<0.05).There was no significantly difference to the uric acid,ALT,AST,triglyceride,total cholesterol,alkaline phosphatase,LDL,glucose during the whole period of experiment(P>0.05).
