Influence Of Eu-commin On Growth Performance、Immune Function And Antioxidant Capability In Weaning Piglet

This study mainly consists of two experiments,focusing on the influence through adding different levels of eu-commin.the effect of eu-commin on immune index and antioxidant index in serum and the optimum adding amount of eu-commin in weaned piglets.Provides a theoretical basis for the development and application effects of eu-commin in weaned piglets.Experiment 1:In this trial,120(D*L*Y)piglets,age about 35±2 day and average body weight of 9kg,was selected.The experiments were divided into 4 groups,each with 3 replicates,each with 10 piglets,the control group without eu-commin,the experimental group 1、2、3 was fed with eu-commin 1000mg/kg、1500mg/kg and 2000mg/kg in basic ration.This trail was conducted to investigate the influence of different concentrations of eu-commin on Production performance,economic benefit and anti diarrhea ability of weaned piglets。The result showed that:adding eu-commin in diets could improve weaned piglets daily gain and decrease the ratio of feed,reduce diarrhea rate,increase economic efficiency.Test 2 group could significantly improve the daily gain(P<0.05),Test 2 group significantly reduced the rate of diarrhea in weaning piglets and significantly improve the economic benefits of weaning piglets(P<0.05).So,In this experiment adding 1500mg/kg eu-commin in diet had better effect.Experiment 2 In this trial,72(D*L*Y)piglets,age about 35±2 day and average body weight of 8kg was selected.The experiments were divided into 4 groups,each with 3 replicates,each with 6 piglets,the control group without eu-commin,the experimental group 1、2、3 was fed with eucommin 1000mg/kg、1500mg/kg and 2000mg/kg in basic ration.Blood samples were collected at 1 days before the test and forty-fifth days for analysising of blood indicators.The result showed that:①adding eu-commin in diets can improve weaned piglets swine fever virus antibody blocking rate。The test group 2 was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),,With the increasing of eu-commin,The test 3 groups relative test group 2 did not improve.② The test group 2 by adding eu-commin significantly increase serum GSH-Px activity(P<0.05),The test group 2,test group 3 significantly reduced MDA(P<0.05),achieve antioxidant effect.The effect of the test group 2 was the most obvious.③The test group 2 and group 3 by adding eu-commin significantly increased IgG(P<0.05)in serum.The effect of the test group 2 was the most obvious.④The test group 2 and test group 3 by adding eu-commin significantly increased TP in serum(P<0.05).The test group 2significantly reduced BUN and ALP in serum(P<0.05).But in this trial,the ALT、AST、ALB and GLU in the serum had no significant difference between the experimental group(P>0.05).
