As one of three chief product in cane sugar industry,bagasse is used in combustion and paper making commonly,the utilization is low.Bagasse has great prospects to use to produce ruminant roughage for its cheap,large amount,steady component and source concentration.But due to its high content of lignin and dense lignin structure(form by lignin,cellulose and hemicellulose),the utilization rate of microbes and enzymes to bagasse is low,raw bagasse cannot be use to be produce high quality roughage fermentation.In this paper,researching use bagasse as raw material,use NaOH/Urea to pretreat bagasse to Reduce the lignin content and improve its fermentability.Then disposing the bagasse after pretreatment by silage method,and explore the impact of additives and modulation conditions on the silage quality.By comparing NaOH and NaOH/Urea pretreatment method,the experimental show that the two pretreament method have a significant effect for degradation of lignin and improving digestion rate.After NaOH/Urea pretreatment,the lignin degradation rate is 61.83%,cellulose digestion rate is 72.68%.Getting the best condition of NaOH/Urea pretreatment to degrade bagasse lignin and imrove digestion rate by the response surface optimization test,the best condition is:the urea concentration is 10%,NaOH concentration is 10%,pretreatment time of 6.3 h and processing temperature of 60?.After pretreatment in this condition,bagasse lignin was reduced by 62.45%,cellulose increased by 65.27%,reducing sugar content after enzymolysis is 0.518g/g(relative to the bagasse).Using the bagasse after pretreatment to silage test,studying the influence of adding cellulose enzyme and lactic acid bacteria to the quality of silage.The adding cellulose enzyme or lactic acid bacteria is all conducive to improve the sensory score and lower pH of bagasse silage,the experimental group of mix adding cellulose enzyme and lactic acid bacteria is better quality,its pH reduce to 4.27,lactic acid content increased by 56.52%,NH3/TN decreased 26.89%,protein of dry matter is 3.27%,soluble sugar content increased by 61.15%,ADF and NDF is effectively reduce.Analysis the quality indicator of bagasse silage in different modulation conditions,the indicator include sensory evaluation score,the value of LA/TA and NH3/TN,soluble sugar content an so on.Coming to a conclusion that the influencing factors of bagasse silage quality significant ordor is:bagasse moisture content>crushing particle size>molasses adding amount.The modulation of test team for using bagasse moisture of 60-65%,crushing size of 2.36 mm and adding 9%molassess is the best silage quality in all test team,its pH is 4.22,LA/TA is 66.41%,NH3/TN is 4.81%,protein of dry matter is 3.60%,effectively reduce the content of ADF and NDF.
