| Cotton is one of the important economic crops in our country, cotton stalk is deputy product of cotton production after harvest, it is also the important renewable resources in the process of agricultural production. The farmer’s intensity of labor is big, the working efficiency is low in the process of traditional cotton stalk harvest, and need to spend a lot of manpower, the problem such as stalk baling is accompanied after harvest, seriously hindered the joint production of cotton and its expansion. Thus, according to the actual situation of southern planting and agronomic requirements, research a kind of cotton stalk pulling mechanism which suitable for southern region have great significance.However, the cotton stalk pull-out rate and pull off rate determines the effect of pull machine is good or bad,in order to improve the pull-out rate of pull machine,the author combined with the existing advantages and disadvantages of pull mechanism was analyzed, find out the cause of the current models’pull effect is poorer, through the optimization of organization design and experiment, in order to get the parameters of the pull mechanism institutions when pull-out rate is highest, the pull off rate is lowest.The drawing force’s size of cotton stalk decides pulling force, clamping force of pulling institutions, it will affect the pulling stalk styles’selection. The author doing the tests according to the factors of affecting cotton stalk drawing force, the cotton stalk’s maximum of drawing force under different parameters is obtained,according to the drawing force to select the right clamping force, thus improve the cotton pull-out rate, reduce the pull off rate. The experimental results of the cotton stalk drawing force indicated that the cotton stalk diameter and the pull-out force between is positively related to the regression relation, correlation coefficient is 0.861. The higher the soil moisture content, the smaller the pull-out force, the lower the soil moisture content, the bigger the pull-out force; the bigger the soil compactness, the bigger the pull-out force, the smaller the soil compactness, the smaller the pull-out force. The draft angle had a certain amount of influence on the stalk pull-outforce, when the draft angle was 30°~45°, the pull-out force is smaller. According to the cotton stalk drawing force test, it can provide reference for the study of cotton stalk pulling mechanism.According to the test results, it is concluded that the cotton under different conditions the size of the drawing force is 300~1000N.The article based on the working advantages of the roller and cotton stalk pull out force reference date, design the small cotton stalk pulling machine;through the analysis of the pull stalk institutions and size calculation, obtained the optimal size parameters, suitable structure design and the better size parameters can better improve the pull-out rate of the cotton net rate, reduce the pull off rate.The cotton stalk drawing institutions can better meet two line of a ridge in the south field, at the same time, it has the advantages of pulling the cotton stalk at the wrong line, it is able to clean cotton stalk root’s dirt, it can being the recompression processing and keeping continue to transport, which can better meet the requirements of cotton stalk drawing.According to the small cotton stalk drawing machine which designed by myself, using 2d (AUTO CAD) and 3d graphics software (Pro/E) to draw its whole structure and components.At the same time, the paper using the modern advanced design methods and the thought of virtual simulation, using the simulation software ADAMS/View to analyze the kinematics simulation process of drawing cotton stalk, to ensure the feasibility of pull-out cotton stalk movement; this paper use finite element analysis (Pro/E) to analyze and optimization the drawing tooth of the cotton stalk pull out device through bending stress, bending deformation and bending displacement, at the same time put forward the improvement project of optimization and size optimization,to ensure the rationality of drawing cotton stalk.Through virtual simulation, optimization design and dynamics analysis, it is concluded that the optimal size and keep pull machine on the stability of mechanism parametersof the key components, the dimensional parameters of the mechanism after optimization can further improve the cotton pull-out rate, reduce the pull off rate.Finally, to test the drawing stalk machine’s working performance, through the soil bin testing of the machines, validate the rationality of the machine design and analysis. The main parameter in determining the quality and working performance of the device is the cotton’s pull out rate and pull off rate, while the main factors of affect cotton’s pull out rate and pull off rate is movement speed of machine, rotation speed of knife roller and depth of roller blade into soil. In order to find out the influence degree of all factors to cotton’s pull out rate and pull off rate and get the optimal combination of the various factors, The author has carried on the single factor and multi-factor orthogonal experiment. The results showed that when the depth of roller blade into soil is 15cm, the rotation speed of knife roller is 415r/min and the movement speed of machine is 0.8m/s, the cotton stalk pull out rate is 95.8%, and the pull off is 9.6%, which the effect of pull stalk is good. |
