Aiming at these problems,designed hammer type cotton straw crushing and membrane separation device, made theprototype.Adopts theoretical analysis, the virtual simulation, modal analysis and experimentmethod to analysis and research straw crushing and returning to field and membrane separationdevice, through field experiment to test the machine working performance, determine therationality of working parameters, find out the the problems of prototype in membrane separationprocess and optimize the prototype.First of all, via field research in the field, we get the field distribution of cotton straw, cottonstraw height, diameter and space trait can be measured; Through the cotton straw shear test, it wasconcluded that the different moisture content and degree of lignification and different shear effecton the properties of cotton straw shear modulus; Cotton moisture content from17.69%to28.14%,the shear strength was relatively low, the minimum was6.1MPa, but when the moisture contentmore than30.16%or below12.8%, shear strength, then up to35.1MPa; degree of Lignification,shear modulus and shear strength were positively correlated, moisture content and the cuttingposition have bigger influence on the shearing work.Second, returning straw crushing and membrane separation device determined the structuredesign and parameters:1) the knife shaft diameter of152mm, the knife shaft speed n1=1800-2800r/min;2) The theta=45°and90°location installed two scheduled knives, the height of thefixed knives is40mm, the distance between knives arrangement is35mm;3) When strawcrushing device feed inlet height H=180-220mm, stubble height H=55-80mm straw feedperformance is best, and lower root crop;4) The height of scraper blade h=60mm, two scraperdistance d=450mm, the number of scraper blades n=9;5)Straw delivery part of the workingAngle is40°, scraper blades rotate speed n2=125-150r/min, scraper blade unloading openinglength l=300mm.And than, using Slidworks software to built3d model of hammer type cotton straw crushingand membrane separation device, completed the virtual assembly the machine; Using the Adamssoftware to simulated the end of knife roll force, free-swinging knife trajectory, using thesolidworks simulation analyzed the strength of the moving blade and knife axle modal; Concludedthat the maximum stress occurs in the blade buckling, when upload in edge of the blade, stresslarger than the root, but the maximum stress is far less than its yield strength;Knife roller beltpulley has great influence to the rotating roll parts, should be taken into consideration in thepractical application, the working frequency of the knife roller and vibration frequency of the beltdrive far away from its first order inherent frequency, the above two factors will not affect kniferoll resonance.Finally, through orthogonal test to determine the best combination of machine parameters,under the condition of the stubble height is less than100mm, the machine speed vm=1.39m/s,knife roller speed n1=2000r/min, scraper blade rotate speed n2=125-150r/min, the membraneseparation ratio was85.7%; Is verified by field experiment, hammer type cotton straw crushingand membrane separation device of theoretical analysis and the rationality of the design, theresearch results provides reference for designing the straw crushing and residual film recyclingmachine, and is helpful to solve the problem of Xinjiang cotton remnants of membrane fouling. |
