| This paper is a combination of ecological conditions in Hunan Province, Hunan self-education and the introduction of nine new varieties of flue-cured tobacco material in Yongzhou Ningyuan, Hengyang Changning, Shaoyang County, Chenzhou Guiyang, Hunan Huayuan, Zhangjiajie Cili and other major producing tobacco areas that used K326 and Yunyan 87 as the control, and Xiangyan 5, CZ-43 HKDN-8,20617, HY-9H, Jin Shennong No.l, Anyan 2, NC297 and NC71 as production demonstration. Combined with agronomic traits of each new variety and grilled indicators after tobacco, evaluated and analyzed new varieties of comprehensive, initially screened new varieties of tobacco for each of the main producing areas that suitable for promotion, and provided rich material for the tobacco planting repository Hunan. At last realize the sustainable development of tobacco leaf in Hunan Province. The results showed:1. Agronomic traits:Xiangyan 5, NC297 and 20617 were the overall stability of agronomic traits of optimum; the overall stability of HY-9H in each test point was worse than Yunyan87 but equivalent to K326; CZ-43, HKDN-8, Jin Shennong No.1 and Anyan 2 were the overall stability of agronomic traits of poor.2. Economic traits:average yield and yield of Xiangyan 5 were 160.1 kg/mu and 4515.6 yuan/mu and it was the highest in all new varieties of tobacco; the highest average price of 20617 was 28.8 yuan/Kg and it was significant difference between K326. The average proportion of superior tobacco was Xiangyan 5 of 67%, and it was significant difference between K326.; the average ratio in the upper column of tobacco was 20617 of 98.6% and it was a significant difference between K326. Comprehensive analysis table showed that Xiangyan 5,20617, HKDN-8, Jin Shennong No.1, Anyan 2 and NC297 in economic traits of each test point were better stability.3. Raw tobacco appearance quality and disease resistance:The appearance quality of CZ-43 and HKDN-8 in all tobacco areas were imbalance; HY-9H and NC71 color in each tobacco areas performance is inconsistent; upper leaves of Anyan 2 presented hanging ash phenomenon and NC297 showed severe gray hanging phenomenon during curing process in Ningyuan; Appearance consistency of Xiangyan 5 and 20617 was good. Comprehensive disease resistance of 20617 was good, and it has a resistance to black shank and bacterial wilt; Golden Shennongl has a strong resistance to mosaic disease; Anyan 2 has a strong resistance to wilt.4. Analysis of chemical components and sensory quality of tobacco leaves in Guiyang: the quality of chemical composition of Xiangyan 5, Anyan 2,20617 and HY-9H were better than the control groups; the chemical composition of Jin Shennong 1 and NC71 were worse than the K326, but better than Yunyan 87; the chemical composition of HKDN-8 was equivalent to K326 but better than 87; the chemical composition quality of CZ-43 was worse than the control groups. In terms of sensory quality smoking, Golden Shennong 1, Xiangyan 5, HY-9H, NC71,20617 and HKDN-8 with scores were similar to K326 and better than Yunyan 87, but Golden Shennong 1 and Xiangyan 5 industrial applicability were best; CZ-43 and Anyan 2 with scores were similar to Yunyan87 and industrial availability were poor.5. High yield and stability of the average yield and output value:Xiang yan 5 and Anyan 2 would be the highest score in all varieties yield and Stability of the best; Jin Shen Nong.1, CZ-43 and 20617 are high yield and Stability of the more general; HKDN-8, HY-9H, NC71 and NC297 low score four varieties, is high yield and stable yield poor varietiesThis research Screened out Xiang yan 5 and An Yan 2 overall performance better Tobacco Varieties in 9 Tobacco Varieties tested in, But NC71, NC297 and HY-9H overall performance is the worst variety.
