Study On Development And Influence Factors Of Tobacco Production And Quality In Hunan

This research through understand the development of Hunan tobacco, explore the rule of quality change, analyzes the quality and production technology, find main factor of enhance the tobacco quality, and puts forward the corresponding measures of production management technology. The main conclusions are as follows:1. Hunan tobacco production was experienced trials, demonstration, development, enhance and stability several periods. The quality is difference between regions in 1970s, every index reaches the high tobacco quality requirements and tobacco quality increased significantly in 1980s, and the usability of upper leaves was poor, reducing sugar content reduced, nicotine content was high, potassium content was increased and tobacco quality is reduced in the 1990s.2,Study on the data of Hunan tobacco quality from 2003 to 2009 show that contents of total sugar, reducing sugar and potassium are suitable, contents of total nitrogen and nicotine are higher, and content of water-soluble chlorine is lower. Except water-soluble chlorine, variations of the other chemical compositions are lower. The chemical composition difference between Yunyan85 and Yunyan87 is small, and other varieties are bigger. The changes of tobacco main chemical composition in Hunan are small yearly, and the tobacco quality is suitable.3. The change of Hunan tobacco quality is mainly effected by the guiding ideology, the varieties, cultivation technique and growing environment factors in every period.4. To improve Hunan tobacco quality main measures including:develop scientific research work between tobacco research unit, improve tobacco cultivation technique, and formulate scientific and reasonable tobacco production procedure, tobacco production process standardization, establish and perfect service system, increase production of infrastructure construction of tobacco, perfect infrastructure.
