| Pre-treatment on edible fungi culture medium is a key link in the production chain. The aim is to discuss the effects of edible fungi culture medium on sterilization effect by different per-treatment, find out the best treatment method which can not only simplify treatment process but also reduce the treatment costs.This provides a basis and effective way to reduce the pollution rate, improve the production efficiency and production benefit.This test studied the the influence of sterilization effect on edible fungi culture medium by different pre-treatments, sterilization methods and combinations of the both former, which based on systematic analysis and summary of the basic characteristics, pre-treatments, detection method and conventional acceptance standards of raw and auxiliary materials frequently used in daily edible fungus production. Specifically, in order to find out the best treatment combination of edible fungi culture medium, the differences of sterilization effect between different combinations were compared.Taking corn-cob as the main culture medium, there are three grades of soaking time and 4 sterilization methods in this experiment. The results show that six hours was the best soaking time with the perfect sterilization effect and both normal pressure sterilization for 8 hours and high pressure sterilization for 2 hours arethe best sterilization methods; Double factorsanalysisof varianceshows that different soaking time and different sterilization methods of edible fungus culture medium sterilization effect is significantand there is a significant interaction between the two factors.Taking cotton seed hulls as the main culture medium, there are two grades of pre-wetting time,4 sterilization methods and two kinds of stewing time in this experiment. The results show that: one day was the best time with perfect sterilization effect of the pre-wetting, both normal pressure sterilization for 8 hours and high pressure sterilization for 2 hours are the best sterilization methods, and 2 hours was the best stewing time; Double factors analysis of variance shows that the effect is significant with different pre-wetting time, different sterilization methods and different stewing time of edible fungus culture medium sterilization and there is a significant interaction among the three factors. |
