Installment agriculture is the high-efficiency agriculture, the promotion area is expanding unceasingly. Cultivated medium sterilizing is necessary in the production of installment agriculture. At present, domestic sterilizing method and equipment is still relatively backward, and can not meet the large-scale, intensive and efficient production. In this article, Researches on this sterilization method and equipment will greatly enhance our country’s technological level of agricultural equipment.The dissertation base on steam-hot air mixed flow cultivated medium sterilization technology, the mixer structure, the arrangement of nozzle position, the structure design of sterilization room and its’ operating parameters are all the problems necessary to be solved. So the main research works in this article are as follows:1. Through the numerical heat transfer study between the steam-hot air and cultivatedmedium on the sterilization procession, the size of sterilization room is determined preliminary.2. Setting up different structure mixers finite element model, using FLUENT software to simulate the mix procession of steam and hot air in the different structure mixers, analyzed the turbulent kinetic energy, turbulence intensity, fluid resistance in different mixer, identified the mixer optimum structure.3. The structure of sterilization room and its’ operating parameters are essential to the result of sterilization. Through simulate flow field in the different structure sterilizing room finite element model by using FLUENT software, compare its’ simulated result and contact numerical calculation result previously. The optimization sterilization room internal structure and sterilization process parameters are determined.4. Through simulate the different layout of the nozzle in sterilization room, compare the temperature field and velocity field distribution of mixed gas. The nozzles’ position and the number were determined.
