National forest park is a synthesis, which has developed rapidly these years, with the functions of sightseeing, economical tourism, holiday entertainment, scientific activities and education, etc. As the flourishing of the economy, our government has put more investment into national forest parks continuously, especially nowadays economical condition gets worse, the awareness of protecting the environment has became stronger than ever before. In the meanwhile, people are more willing to travel around during the holiday, particularly the requirement of ecotourism. National forest park is not only an essential part in ecotourism, but also plays a vital role in economical protection. However, construction of national forest park is lagging behind in our country at present as well as imbalanced development. Some national forest parks attract large amount of tourists thanks to their advantages of geographic location, natural resources, reasonable exploitation and high-quality management, while the others have an unsatisfactory running condition, depending on the assistance from the local government. There are 24 national forest parks in Guangdong Province, including the Delta of Pearl River, the east, the west and the north for the inharmonious development and discordance, fierce homogeneous competition and weak attraction to the tourists. Therefore, it is a question worthy to discuss the difficulties in national forest parks in Guangdong and improve the tourism their attraction. This article use AHP to analyze the four criteria layers: tourism resources and environmental factors, managed service factors, social and environmental factors, economical factors, and build an evaluation index system of tourism attraction into more than 20 index factors such as landscape aesthetics, location, degree of the service and facilities, publicity and admission price, etc. I use this index system by empirical study to analyze the tourism attraction in Pearl River Delta, eastern, western and northern parts of Guangdong, and the results are as follows:(1) The evaluation index system of tourism attraction is available.(2) The factors of tourism attraction rank in a proper order from strong to weak is tourism resources and environmental factors, managed service factors, social and environmental factors and economic factors.(3) Index factors have different influences on criteria layers. Landscape aesthetics is important in tourism resources and environmental factors; degree of the service and equipment counts the most in managed service; the publicity concerns the most in social and environment factors, admission price plays a decisive role in economic factors.(4) National forest parks distribute an uneven position in Guangdong, the Delta of Pearl River has the largest number and the east is the second, then the west is the least.(5) The tourism attraction in national forest park in Guangdong is discordant.(6) It proves by empirical study that Nanling National Forest Park has the highest scores, second is Yanming Lake National Forest Park and Wutongshan National Forest Park, the lowest score is Sanling shan National Fprest Park.(7) The major restraining factors in Guangdong national forest parks are imperfect, shallow human history culture, simple publicity methods, non-standard and unscientific management, low satisfaction, pay much attention to the short-term profits and neglect the long-term one.
