| With the transformation of the main contradictions in our society,the ecological environment,as an important indicator of the people’s happy life,has an increasing weight,and the people look forward to enjoying a more beautiful ecological environment.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that more high-quality ecological products should be provided to meet the people’s growing demand for a beautiful environment.As a new forestry industry,forest health care can meet people’s needs for green and healthy lifestyles,provide people with opportunities to return to nature,get close to nature,and enjoy nature,and help improve people’s physical and mental health;in addition,forest health Raising is in line with the strategic layout of my country’s ecological civilization construction and is an important way to practice the concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains".Therefore,it has attracted the attention of many scholars and has become a new hot spot in current academic research.In view of the current insufficient supply capacity of high-quality forestry products in my country,it is necessary to improve the service level of forest health and maintenance from the perspective of expanding effective supply.Therefore,it is very necessary to establish and improve the evaluation index system of the forest health service potential of forest parks.The article first defines the concepts of forest parks,forest health and forest health services,and expounds theories related to the development of forest health services,such as the new public service theory,the sustainable forestry development theory,the Maslow demand hierarchy theory,Forest medicine theory,traditional Chinese health care theory,etc.lay the theoretical foundation for the article;secondly,the use of qualitative methods to analyze the development potential and existing problems of forest health services in forest parks in Heilongjiang Province.Among them,the potential of forest parks to develop forest health services Including the support of national and local policies,the broad market demand,etc.,but there are also problems such as fierce competition in large regions,obvious homogeneity of forest health products,and single source of source of tourists in the market;thirdly,building forest health services for forest parks The potential index evaluation system uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weights,combined with the expert consultation method,divides the forest health service potential evaluation levels and determines the index scoring standards;selects two typical national forest parks in Heilongjiang Province,namely the Qing Shan National Forest Park and Xue Xiang National Forest Park evaluated its potential for forest health services.The results showed that the forest health services of the two belong to the "strong potential" level,but both have imperfect infrastructure,short period of health tourism and professional forests.The lack of health care talents and other issues;finally,through the evaluation and analysis of the forest health care service potential of Heilongjiang Forest Parks,targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the forest health care service potential of Heilongjiang Forest Parks are proposed:improve infrastructure construction and improve professional service levels,Promote regional linkage,increase publicity and promotion,improve natural resources and ecological protection mechanisms,promote the integration of industrial development elements,and create characteristic health products. |
