Forest is the main body of the terrestrial ecosystem and the material basis for the survival and development of forestry.With the in-depth development of forestry system reform and the gradual maturity of forest rights trading market,it is very important to construct a scientific forest assets appraisal method system.The evaluation of forest land and forest assets can not only provide a specific quantitative value of forest land and forest resources,but also make its value conform to the market price,so as to promote the development of forestry economy.Huangbai mountain forest farm,a state-owned mall in Henan province,is located in the dabie mountain area of southern Henan province.It has superior geographical location,rich forest resources,high forest coverage rate,and excellent material of main tree species huangshan pine and Chinese fir,with high economic value.In this study,based on the second-class survey data of huangbai mountain forest farm,a state-owned mall in henan province,and the comprehensive use of geographic information system(Arc GIS)and other software,on the basis of constructing the evaluation model of geographical position grade,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)was used to carry out a systematic study on the factors influencing the geographical position grade of huangbai mountain forest and its geographical position grade classification.Market comparison method combined with grey relational degree method was adopted to evaluate the forest assets in huangbai mountain forest yard of state-owned mall with field investigation and existing data,and the value and distribution of forest assets were digitally and graphically expressed in the form of heat map,so as to provide a scientific basis for the evaluation of forest land and forest assets.The main results are as follows:(1)According to the connotation of forest assets assessment,combined with the second class survey and relevant data of huangbai mountain forest farm,a state-owned mall in Henan province,the three influencing factors of slope grade,altitude and height were selected as the influencing factors of forest land terrain grade.On the basis of analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and model construction,the weight values of slope grade,altitude and height,which are 0.7385,0.0938 and 0.1677 respectively,are obtained.In addition,the three influencing factors were successively refined by building structural models at four levels,and their weights were calculated respectively.The scheme layer was established,and 64 combination schemes were completed after combining the 12 factors refined by the 3 influencing factors.The results of the division of forest land geographical position grade and the calculation of weight value showed that the geographical position grade of each class in huangbai mountain forest field was mainly concentrated in the 1-5 levels.According to the analysis results,the forestland area of huangbai mountain forest farm is about 4004.08 hm,with 12 forest classes and 215 small classes.The first grade woodland accounts for the largest proportion of the total area,which is about 433.64 hm,accounting for 10% of the total area.A total of 20 small classes,accounting for 9% of the total number of small classes;The forest land with the lowest proportion of the total area is the six-grade forest land,covering about 2.74 hm,accounting for 3% of the total area.Total 2 small class,occupy small class number 3%.(2)According to the second-class survey data and relevant data of huangbai mountain forest farm,the basic situation of 215 small class stands in huangbai mountain forest farm was analyzed and evaluated.From the aspect of stand density,the number of small classes with the density between 825-1650 and ·hm-2 accounted for 48.65% of the total number of small classes,accounting for the largest proportion.The small class with the stand density between 2475-3300 and ·hm-2 accounted for 8.41% of the total number of small classes,with the smallest proportion.The number of small classes with an average DBH between 20-24/cm accounted for 32.66% of the total number of small classes,accounting for the largest proportion.The number of small classes with an average DBH of 4-8/cm accounted for 7.54% of the total number of small classes,accounting for the smallest proportion.Due to the different growth stages,the average volume of the small class was significantly different,among which the average volume of the small class between 32-2325 /m3 ·hm-2 accounted for 55.05% of the total.The number of small classes between 9300-11623 /m ·hm-2 accounts for 1.01% of the total number of small classes.(3)On the basis of selecting 4 cases that are relatively consistent with the stand conditions of evaluation objects,the grey relational degree method is applied to optimize the market comparison method in the forest asset evaluation.This paper evaluates the assets of the three stands with the largest distribution area in huangbai mountain forest field,namely,the pure artificial forest of Chinese fir,the pure artificial forest of huangshan pine and the mixed forest of conifer and broadleaf.The results showed that the total area of pure Chinese fir artificial forest in forest class 2 and forest class 4 was about 729.58 hm,the total asset of Chinese fir was 345.318,300 yuan,and the average value of Chinese fir per hectare was about 470,000 yuan.The total area of the pure artificial forest of huangshan pines in Lin ban 1 and 6 is about 347.37 hm.The total asset of huangshan pines is 140336,400 yuan,and the average forest value per hectare is about 400,000 yuan.The total area of the mixed forest is about 193.98 hm.The total asset of the mixed forest is 584.17 million yuan,and the average value per hectare of huangshan pine is about 300,000 yuan.(4)In order to carry out digitalized and graphical management of forest assets,based on the digitalized small-class map drawn by geographic information system(Arc GIS)and other software,the forest terrain grade was divided and the results were implemented into smallclass,and presented in the form of the heat map of forest terrain grade distribution.The results showed that the geographical position of each class in huangbai mountain forest field was mainly from grade 1 to 5,and the second-level interval of geographical position was between 0.103 and 0.169.The range of terrain level 6 is 0.5123~0.5911,and the range of terrain level 7 is 0.6846.The results of forest asset value of forest class 4 and forest class 6 in huangbai mountain forest plantation are presented in the figure in the form of heat map.
