This experiment is select excellent antibacterial effect of single acidifying agent using vitro antibacterial test.The single acidifier which had the best antimicrobial effect to determine the excellent compound acidifier recipe by the comparison of antibacterial properties.It was researched the effects of acidifiers instead of antibiotics on growth performance,slaughter performance,gastrointestinal pH,digestive enzyme activity,intestinal flora,nutrient apparent metabolic rate,immune function,blood biochemical indicator in broilers under the condition of the corn-soybean meal based diets in different degrees in the broiler diet.1.Study of the vitro antibacterial test of acidifierThe test minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of a variety of single acidifier was measured for harmful bacteria.It made comparison on the antibacterial effect of benzoic acid,sorbic acid,fumaric acid when vitro simulation animal intestinal pH environment.According to the study of single acidifier antimicrobial properties,benzoic acid,sorbic acid,formic acid were selected as acidifier compatibility ingredient,the compound acidifier was initially screened for antibacterial effect E.coli in vitro.Combining the actual production and improved optimization,determining the compound acidifier formula ultimately.2.Study on the effects of antibacterial acidifiers instead of antibiotics in the based diets in broilers192 Arbor Acres(AA)broilers at the age of 1 d were selected and divided into 4 groups with 6 replicate of 8 chicks in each replicate.control group was supplemented with 0.25 % doxycycline and 0.1 %,3 treatment groups were supplemented with 0.15 % benzoic acid,0.15 % compound acidifier,0.3 % compound acidifier in the basal diets respectively.The results were as follows:(1)Effects of acidifiers on growth performance and slaughter performance in broilers instead of antibiotics.The intake and feed conversion rate were not significant difference in the groups with 0.15 % benzoic acid and 0.15 % acidifier and 0.3 % acidifier(P>0.05).In terms of feed conversion ratio,0.15 %,0.3 % acidifiers groups and antibiotics group had no significant difference(P>0.05),0.15 % acid group was significantly higher than the control group of antibiotics(P<0.05).Added acidifier instead of antibiotics in broiler slaughter rate,semi eviscerated rate,eviscerated rate,the percentage of breast muscle,leg muscle rate,abdominal fat rate had no significant difference(P>0.05).In the growth performance,the addition of compound acidification agent could achieve the effect of substitution of antibiotics,and the effect of benzoic acid is not as good as compound.(2)Effects of acidifiers on gastrointestinal pH,digestive enzyme activity,intestinal flora in broilers instead of antibiotics.The groups with 0.15 % benzoic acid,0.15 % Acidifiers and 0.3 % Acidifiers groups replacing antibiotics could significantly reduce crop or broilers,proventriculus,pH(P<0.05),and with the increase of acidification agent concentration,the magnitude of pH lowering will also increase,but there is no obvious difference between treatment group and control group of antibiotics comparison of duodenum,jejunum and ileum,cecum contents of pH(P>0.05);acidifier can improve broiler intestinal trypsin,amylase,lipase,and Acidifier effect was better than benzoic acid;adding acidifier instead of antibiotics on the number of jejunum of Escherichia coli is not significantly affected(P>0.05),the number of lactobacilli with acidifier addition increased significantly(P<0.05).(3)Effects of acidifiers on dietary acidification,nutrient apparent metabolic rate in broilers instead of antibiotics.The groups with acidifier alternative to antibiotics could significantly reduce dietary pH and acidity(P<0.05)and with the adding amount of the increased rate of decline is greater;add 0.3 % acidifier and antibiotics group compared to significantly improve the calcium and phosphorus apparent metabolic rate(P<0.05),the role is better than antibiotics.(4)Effects of acidifiers instead of antibiotics on immune function,blood biochemical indicator in broilers.Compared with the control group,the treatment groups could make the thymus index,spleen index,bursa of fabricius index was significantly increased(P<0.05),and as the amount of compound acidifier add up,the extent of increase is also improved,that add acidifier alternative antibiotics can improve the immune function of broilers;the groups adding 0.15 %,0.3 %,compound acidifier alternative antibiotics could significantly reduce serum triglyceride levels(P<0.05),compared with control group added,the group with 0.3 % compound acidifying agent could significantly improve the blood calcium content(P<0.05).
