In poultry fodder adding different doses of cinnamaldehyde,Investigate the effect ofcinnamaldehyde on production performance, intestinal flora and intestinal structure etcindex in broilers.The text chose four hundred and fifty one-day-old Rose308broilers,Theywere randomly divided into five groups and every group includes three repetition,everyrepetition incloudes thrity broilers. Treatment ⅠtoⅤ were added0、50、100、200、400mg/kg Cinnamic aldehyde,Feeding42days. separate determination carcass performance,intestinal flora, intestinal structure and immune performance etc index in broilers,Theexperiment result Show that:(1) Appending100mg/kg and200g/kg cinnamaldehyde could increasing the Averagedaily gain and feed utilization rate of broilers in1~21day, Compared with the controltreatment,the Average daily gain respectively was increased by6.24%(p <0.05) and5.29%(p <0.05), F/G, respectively was reduced by4.61%(p <0.05) and3.95%(p <0.05).(2) Compared with the control treatment, Appending100mg/kg and200g/kgcinnamaldehyde could increasing the coarse protein apparent digestibility in18~20day andphosphorus apparent digestibility in39~41day, they respectively was Increased by10.18%(p <0.05),8.0%(p <0.05) and14.34%(p <0.05),15.25%(p <0.05); Adding100㎎/㎏cinnamaldehyde group could improving calcium apparent digestibility in18~20day,contrasted to the control group increased13.91%(p <0.05).(3) Compared with the control treatment, Appending100mg/kg cinnamaldehydecould increasing slaughtering and half eviscerated ratio of the42days of age broilers.Respectively was Increased by3.17%(p <0.05) and2.89%(p <0.05); Adding100㎎/㎏and200g/kg cinnamaldehyde group can improve full eviscerated rate of the42days of agebroilers,respectively impove2.75%(p <0.05)、2.66%(p <0.05).(4) Adding100㎎/㎏cinnamaldehyde group can reduce the number of E. Coli of the42days of age broilers caecum1.70%(p <0.05).Compared with the control treatment,Appending100mg/kg and200g/kg cinnamaldehyde can improves Lactobacillus andBifidobacterium of the42days of age broilers caecum,respectively impove1.60%(p <0.05)、1.72%(p <0.05) and1.35%(p <0.05)、1.23%(p <0.05).(5) Appending100mg/kg and200g/kg cinnamaldehyde can significantly improve theduodenum and jejunum villus height and villus height/crypt depth of the42days of agebroilers, respectively improve13.48%(p<0.01)、12.62%(p<0.01)、19.25%(p<0.01)、15.77%(p<0.01) and6.04%(p<0.05)、5.71%(p<0.05)、12.33%(p<0.01)、8.17%(p<0.05); adding100㎎/㎏group can reduce the duodenum and jejunum crypt depth of the42daysof age broilers,respectively reduce4.74%(p <0.05)、5.75%(p <0.05).(6) Compared with the control treatment, Appending100mg/kg cinnamaldehyde inNewcastle disease antibody levels increased by12.48%(p <0.05); Adding100㎎/㎏and200㎎/㎏cinnamaldehyde can significantly increase the thymus index and spleen indexof the42days of age broilers, respectively improve15.44%(p<0.01)、14.77%(p<0.01)and57.43%(p<0.01)、52.48%(p<0.01).The experimental results indicated, Appending cinnamaldehyde can optimize thestructure of intestinal, Improve the immune ability of broilers, Increase the number ofintestinal beneficial bacteria, Reduce the amount of intestinal harmful bacteria, Improvethe health of animals, Promote the absorption of nutrients apparent digestibility, Eventuallyimprove the production performance and the slaughter performance of broiler, Its contentin100㎎/㎏~200㎎/㎏effect is better.
