| To explore the application effects of compound acidifier on white-feather broilers,growth performance,nutrient apparent availability,immunity,antioxidant,pH of intestine and microorganisms,digestive enzyme activity,intestinal development,and air quality of the house on broilers.In this experiment,1800 healthy broilers at age of 1 day were randomly assigned to 3 treatments for 6 replicates per treatment and arranged in a single factorial design.The control was drunk up standard tap water;the compound acidifier A group and B group respectively drank 6 hours of drinking water containing 0.15%type compound acidifier A and compound acidifier B daily for the first week and the sixth week,in the 2nd to 5th week,drink 8 hours of drinking water containing 0.15%type compound acidifier A and compound acidifier B every week for 2nd,4th and 6th.The diets used in each treatment group were the same,and the experiment lasted 42 days.The results showed that there was no the difference in indexes of immune organ and digestive organ among three treatments(P>0.05).Compared to the control,compound acidifier A increased the final body weight and daily weight gain,ether extract and crude protein apparent availability,pectoral muscle rate,leg muscle rate,serum glutathione peroxidase,total superoxide dismutase activities and total antioxidant capacity,serum total protein and albumin concentration,activities of amylase,lipase and trypsin in duodenum,villous height and V/C in duodenum,jejunum and ileum(P<0.05 or P<0.01);However,F/G,pH of duodenum,the number of Escherichia in cecum,serum malondialdehyde concentration,crypt depth in duodenum,jejunum and ileum,NH3 and H2S concentration in chicken house were decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared to the control,,compound acidifier B increased the final body weight and daily weight gain,pectoral muscle rate,leg muscle rate,serum glutathione peroxidase,total superoxide dismutase activities and total antioxidant capacity,activities of amylase in duodenum,villous height in jejunum and V/C in duodenum and jejunum(P<0.05 or P<0.01);However,F/G,pH of duodenum,the number of Escherichia in cecum,serum malondialdehyde concentration,crypt depth in duodenum,concentration of NH3 in chicken house in 1th to 5th week,concentration of H2S in chicken house in 1th to 3th and 5th week were decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).This experiment proved that adding lactic acid compound acidifier in drinking water improved the growth performance,antioxidant performance and immune performance of broilers,promoted the digestion and absorption of nutrients and intestinal development,and reduced the mass concentration of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in the chicken house. |
