China is the largest pork producer and consumer power country in the world.The healthy development of pig industry plays an important role in ensuring the safe supply of meat products.The quality of sow feeding and management has an important influence on the overall benefit of pig farms.Raising and managing sows in a large group of columns.Sows can freely move and eat in group environment.It improves the sow's health and improves its production performance.But import equipment is generally expensive and expensive to maintain.In order to solve the above problems,it is of great significance to develop a set of intelligent sow feeding equipment with simple structure,low cost and no computer to promote the intelligent level of the scale pig farm in China.The contents of the work are as follows:(1)Complete the design of the overall scheme of the device.The feeding device consists of two parts: the mechanical structure and the control system.The function of the mechanical part is control sow import and export device.It provides a totally enclosed feeding environment for sows,so that they are undisturbed by other sows when they are eating Meanwhile,a certain amount of feed is stored at the same time.Sow can feed and water quantitatively when it is eaten.The control system functions include.the identity recognition of eating sows,precise control of feeding process,real-time display of feeding information and setting of feeding parameters.(2)The design of the mechanical structure of the feeding device has been completed.The mechanical structure of feeding device includes two parts: feeder and feeding channel.The feeder is composed of hopper,screw conveyor and hopper.Feeding channels are composed of fences,front doors,pull springs,connecting rods,flip doors,baffles and anti lying rods.The structure and size of each part were designed,and the structural parameters of the key components,such as winch,feed hopper and material trough,were determined.The spiral blade diameter is 48 mm,the rotational speed is 36r/min,and the conveying capacity is not less than 0.072t/h.(3)The hardware design and software design of the control system have been completed.The main technical parameters of the tag,the reader,the PLC,the touch screen,the feeding motor,the electromagnetic water valve,the close switch and the switching power supply are selected.The input / output points of the PLC are allocated.Drawing the wiring diagram of the peripheral circuit of the control system.(4)The software design of control system has been completed.The ladder diagram program is programmed by using GX Works2 programming software.Feeding device has two working modes: automatic operation and manual operation.The automatic operation mode is mainly composed of four parts: Getting the feeding sow ID,Checking the feeding information,intermittent feeding and Recording the feeding record.The design process of each part is described in detail.(5)Finish the touch screen interface design.The interface is designed by using Coolmay configuration software.The touch screen is mainly composed of the main monitoring picture,the manual mode picture,the automatic running mode picture,the parameter setting picture,the feeding record picture and the help picture.The specific functions of each picture are introduced in detail.(6)The performance test of the intelligent feeding device designed for the breeding of sows is carried out.The recognition range of ear tag reader and feeding accuracy and feeding stability of feeding device were mainly studied.The results show that the device can automatically identify the sow individual,and the effective recognition radius is 16 cm.It can automatically control the blanking process according to the presupposition,and the precision of the blanking error is less than 3%,which meets the design requirements of the precision feeding of the individual sow.
