As some major animal diseases have been badly influencing the production of animal husbandry and the health of human beings, it becomes more and more important around the world to prevent the animal diseases. More attention should be paid to the public health security than before. The detection of epidemic disease is a basis of precaution and control,especially for grassroots.The survey research was finished in the center of disease control in Yangquan city of Shanxi province, by participating in the major animal epidemic monitoring work at two different terms of spring and autumn in 2015. The monitor covered 3 agricultural area of the city, including 26 towns more than 100 farms. There are 6297 specimens of all kinds of serum we gathered and detected during the survey of spring. But during the autumn, there are6333 specimens we detected. The testing items included the antibody of AI, ND, SF, FMD,PRRS. The following are the detecting results:1. The detection of antibody of poultry disease. In the spring we detected chicken serum samples number is 1354. The test results showed that the H5N1 qualified number of immune antibody is 1252, which means that the percent of pass is 92.47%. The qualified number of immune antibody of ND is 1293 which means that the percent of pass is 95.49%. And in the autumn, the samples number we detected is 1160. Test results showed that the qualified number of immune antibody of N7N1 is 1157, meaning that the percent of pass is 99.74%.The qualified number of immune antibody of ND is 1106. The percent of pass of it is 95.34%.2. The detection of antibody of FMD of cows and goats. In the spring we detected cows' serum samples number of Type-O FMD is 180 and goats' 360. The qualified number cows is140 which means percent of pass is 77.8% and of goats is 73 which means pass percent is20.28%. We detected cows' serum samples number of Asia I FMD is 130 and goats' 360. The qualified number of cows is 122 which means percent of pass is 93.85% and of goats is 226 which means pass percent is 73.89%. And in the autumn we detected cows' serum samples number of cows is 130 and goats' 320. The qualified number of Type-O FMD cows' is 99 and the Asia I FMD's is 122, which means the percent of pass is 76.15% and 93.85%. The qualified number of Type-O FMD goats' is 196 and the Asia I FMD's is 295 which means thepercent of pass is 61.25% and 80.94%.3. The detection of antibody of poultry disease. In the spring we detected serum samples number of pigs is 345.The qualified number of Type-O FMD, SF and PRRS are 97, 222, 226.And the percent of pass are 28.12%, 64.35% and 65.51%. And in the autumn we detected serum samples number of pigs is 300. The qualified number of Type-O FMD, SF and PRRS are 255, 222, 188. And the percent of pass are 85%, 74% and 62.67%.The AI, ND, Type-O FMD of cows and all of Asia I FMD, percent of pass during 2015 of which is conform to the requirement of national ministry of agriculture monitoring program. But there are three categories of main disease monitoring in the spring, the pig immune antibody pass rate does not conform to the stipulations of the national ministry of agriculture monitoring program. In the autumn, the pig immune antibody pass rate of Type-O FMD and SF both just reached the standard prescribed by the ministry of agriculture. And the PRRS's is also unqualified. It showed that we should find out the real reason and targeted to solve the problem to prevent these diseases outbreak which could bring huge economic losses.
