2014-2016 Detection And Analysis Of Swine Fever,Highly Pathogenic PRRS And Foot-and-mouth Disease Antibody In Shanghang County

China’s agricultural sector attaches great importance to the prevention and control of animal diseases.In the past few years,the prevention and treatment of swine fever,highly pathogenic PRRS and foot-and-mouth disease have been included in the scope of compulsory immunization.Swine fever,highly pathogenic blue ear disease,foot-and-mouth disease prevention and control,according to the provisions of the state compulsory immunization,pigs from the start,produce positive vaccine antibody in pigs,pig for these disease resistance enhanced ability to reduce and prevent the disease virus infestation.We should pay attention to the prevention and control of large-scale pig farms and litter farms,and strengthen the detection of immune antibodies in pig farms,which is the top priority in the prevention and control of agricultural pig diseases in various regions.In this paper 2014-2016 Shanghang county scale farms and backyard farm field representative sampling of swine fever,highly pathogenic blue ear disease,foot-and-mouth disease antibody detection,3 were collected 11452 samples,including 3737 samples of swine fever,highly pathogenic PRRS 3461 copies,4254 copies of foot-and-mouth disease.The test results are as follows:(1)the qualified rate of Shanghang County 2014-2016 overall detection(field scale and backyard field average):swine fever positive average compliance rate was 93.3%,94.1%,94.22%;high pathogenic PRRS positive average compliance rate was 91%,91.5%,91.84%;FMD positi-ve average compliance rate was 85.35%,89.1%,89.37%.(2)Shanghang County large scale field(slaughter in 1500 above)the qualified rate of the overall 2014-2016 detection of classical swine fever positive average compliance rate was 94.6%,94.8%,95.11%;high pathogenic PRRS positive average compliance rate was 91.8%,92.2%,92.46%;average standard of foot-and-mouth disease positive rate was 87.54%,90.1%91.36%.(3)Shanghang County,a medium scale field(slaughter in 500-1500 head)overall pass rate of 2014-2016 detection:swine fever positive average compliance rate was 93.6%,94.42%,94.73%;high pathogenic PRRS positive average compliance rate was 91.2%,91.39%,91.92%years on average;FMD positive standard rate was 87.2%,89.61%,90.75%(4)in small scale field(slaughter in 100-500)overall pass rate of 2014-2016 years:detection of swine fever positive average compliance rate was 93.17%,93.63%,93.71%;high pathogenic PRRS positive average compliance rate was 90.71%,91.33%,91.77%;FMD positive average compliance rate was 85.28%,88.97%,89.13%.(5)a field scattered in Shanghang county(slaughter weight less than 100 head):the annual average pass rate of CSF were 80.65%,82.53%,84.87%;the annual average pass rate of foot-and-mouth disease were 83.32%,86.38%,81.83%;HP-PRRS annual average pass rate were 79.36%,81.25%,85.16%.Through continuous sampling of 2014-2016 years and three years in large-scale pig farms and pig farms in Shanghang County,the detection results of CSFV,highly pathogenic PRRS and FMD antibodies were far higher than the national 70%control standards.But the same period of comparative analysis showed that the larger the size of the pig farm,the higher the positive rate of pig positive antibodies,the more standardized and meticulous work of disease prevention and control.The prevention and control of three kinds of diseases need to be further strengthened and the standardized control work will be strengthened.Analysis of Shanghang County for swine fever,highly pathogenic PRRS and FMD alone&combined injection of immune results demonstrated that the 4-5 week for the first time point injection and immune swinefever swine foot-and-mouth disease vaccine,1 weeks interval after injection of high pathogenic PRRS vaccine immunization program is the best,the most cost-effective and time-saving than.Through experiment on Optimization and upgrading of immunization order,improve Shanghang County farm science and culture level,and steadily promote the breeding technology of Fubon policy,in order to reduce and prevent the occurrence of infectious diseases,ensure the healthy development of pig breeding industry,farming enterprises and farmers income increase,achieved great economic and social benefits.
