Monitor Of CSF, FMD, PRRS Immunity Antibody And Control Measures In A Pig Farm In Jiangmen

The long-term development of large-scale pig farms in healthy pigs as premise,disease prevention and control effect is directly related to the healthy and stable herd.C lassical swine fever(CSF),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)and foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)are three major viral infectious disease of the serious harm of pig.Once infected pigs will appear,reproductive disorders,effects of swine breeding efficiency.For these epidemic prevention,China's main vaccine epidemic prevention.This study focuses on a scale of Jiangmen city in three kinds of disease antibody detection data as the research object,analysis of the swine swine fever,foot-and-mouth disease,blue ear disease epidemiology summary of swine fever,foot-and-mouth disease,blue ear disease prevention and control measures.Through the analysis of the data can be obtained:(1)the positive rate of the pig farm in 2013-2016 for 69.66%,75.03%,85.43%,90.16% of swine fever antibody,the positive rate of swine FMD antibody was 68.81%,74.7%,88.71%,89.95%,the positive rate of PRRS antibody was 68.21%,73.78%,87.72%,91.62%.(2)lactation piglet swine fever,foot and mouth disease,blue ear disease antibody positive rate were 92.5%,100%,90.00%,rate of positive of antibody of conservation of pig is respectively 85.42%,100%,83.33%,backup pigs antibody positive rate was 73.33%,86.67% and 76.67,respectively,the antibody positive rate of pregnancy sows are 88.46%,92.31% and 88.46% respectively,the pig antibody positive rate were 85%,85%,90%,boars antibody positive rate were 100%,100% and 100% respectively.The results show that:(1)In 2013-2016,the pig swine fever,foot-and-mouth disease and PRRS antibody positive rate of detection increased year by year.(2)On a scale of Jiangmen swine foot-and-mouth disease and the detection results of PRRS swine fever,antibody positive rate in different growth stages were analyzed,boars,piglets and the positive rate of sow fever,foot-and-mouth disease and PRRS antibody detection of pregnancy is the highest,while the positive rate of reserve swine fever,foot-and-mouth disease disease and PRRS antibody detection was the lowest,the need to strengthen the disease immunity to reserve swine breeding process,improve the level of antibody.(3)In 2013,the pig swine fever,foot-and-mouth disease and PRRS antibody positive rate is low,cause there was a pig disease,starting in 2014,the pig feeding by strengthening management,disinfection out source,scientific immune series of prevention and control measures,such as increasing the rate of positive of antibody of epidemics,sampling of three disease immune antibody positive rate of 90%,almost all the immune effect is ideal,the actual production and restoration.
