Soybean Seed Storage,germination And LOX Activity During The Development Of Its Correlation With Vigor Index

In this study,the natural storage of 8 months of 140 soybean varieties(lines)seeds as test material,the use LOX and dehydrogenase spectrophotometric determination of seeds,seed conductivity method was determined by conductivity analysis 140 soybean varieties(system)Variance seed LOX activity and its correlation with seed vigor index.Pick one six soybean varieties planted new seeds harvested,artificial accelerated aging process,LOX and dehydrogenase activity was measured before and after aging seed and seedling growth conductivity measurement indicators,analysis before and after aging process as well as the indicators LOX activity of the seeds and seed vigor index correlation.LOX activity in the germination process of measuring six soybean varieties and new seed germination LOX dehydrogenase activity during cotyledon and embryo axis,analyze soybean seeds and Correlation with Dehydrogenase Activity.The selection of the six soybean varieties Planting,dehydrogenase activity was measured LOX and seed pods in different periods,Soybean LOX activity during seed development and its correlation with dehydrogenase activity.It aims to explore LOX activity in soybean seeds and seed vigor index of correlation in different physiological states.The main results are as follows:1.140 soybean varieties(lines)seed LOX activity,electrical conductivity three indicators,there are significant differences dehydrogenase activity.Among them,high LOX activity Varieties(lines)with Zheng 97196,02025-12 week,Ju 128,the Pro beans on the 9th,the Netherlands 99-14,etc.,low LOX activity Varieties(lines)with No.4 five-star,lotus beans 12,AQ07,BQ17,the Netherlands 05-8,etc.,LOX activity maximum value of 1738.750(AU / min.g),the minimum value of 25.000(AU / min.g),with an average of 709.110(AU / min.g).LOX activity and relative conductivity was a significant negative correlation,positive correlation exists with dehydrogenase activity.Preliminary view is that the seeds of soybean storage LOX activity and seed vigor certain positive correlation.The new seeds harvested2.6 soybean varieties accelerated aging process 3d,LOX activity four varieties were increased two varieties were dropped,but the difference was not significant.Seed germination rate,radicle length,germination index and vigor index decreased most,showed a downward trend in the relative conductivity,dehydrogenase activity showed an upward trend.Short description of the LOX activity accelerated aging and seed vigor of soybean seeds freshly harvested little effect.Before and after aging seed LOX activity and relative conductivity was significantly negatively correlated with vitality index,dehydrogenase activity was positively correlated trend.Preliminary view that soybean LOX activity and seed vigor certain positive correlation.3.6 Soybean Seed Germination 1d-8d,cotyledon LOX activity overall downward trend,dehydrogenase activity wavy upward trend,there is a change in the magnitude of the differences in different varieties.Cotyledons LOX activity and dehydrogenase activity was not relevant.Germination 3d-8d,embryo axis LOX activity showed a continuous downward trend in the first 4d dehydrogenase activity decreased rapidly through 8d after more gentle decline.Embryo axis LOX activity and dehydrogenase activity was a significant positive correlation.4.6 soybean varieties during seed development,seed LOX activity showed a downward trend after the first increase in about 30d-50 d after flowering,seed development after with increasing maturity,LOX activity gently,but overall was dehydrogenase activity downward trend,LOX activity and dehydrogenase activity was significantly positively correlated.
