Soybean is one of the important economic crops in China.Heavy metal cadmium has serious influence on the growth and development of soybean,Cadmium accumulation in soybean seeds is very serious to human health.In this paper,using different types of soybean varieties,including wild soybean,the super-high-yield soybean and common cultivated soybean as material,Cadmium stress tests were carried out during germination and seedling stage,research on cadmium stress on growth and development of different soybean varieties and physiological indicators and each organ cadmium accumulation and the influence of different types of differences between the varieties.The results showed that:1.After cadmium stresses,different varieties of germination energy,germination rate decreased significantly,The decreasing degree of germination energy and germination rate is from large to small is that common cultivated soybean > super-high-yield soybean > wild soybean,The root length of wild varieties showed an upward trend,the super-high-yield varieties and common cultivated varieties is on the decline.2.After cadmium stresses,The height,fresh weight and root length of seedlings of different varieties decreased significantly,The decreasing degree drop from large to small is that common cultivated soybean > super-high-yield soybean > wild soybean.From the data,the influence of wild variety is less than that of super-high-yield soybean and common cultivated soybean,which shows that the tolerance is stronger than the other two types of soybean varieties.3.The effect of cadmium stress on the physiological and biochemical indexes of wild soybean,super high-yield soybean and common cultivated soybean showed that under the cadmium stress,the POD,SOD activity and MDA content in different types of soybean were significantly different.In general,the wild soybean was higher than the super-high yield soybean and the common cultivated soybean have higher POD and SOD activity,lower MDA content,and stronger tolerance to cadmium stress.4.The effect of cadmium stress on cadmium accumulation in different organs of different types of soybean showed that cadmium content was significantly different among different varieties and different organs.For different organs,Cadmium content ranges from more to less is root>stem>leaf;for different types of varieties,Cadmium content ranges from more to less is wild soybean>super high yield soybean>common cultivated soybean.
