At the present time, people have paid more and more attention to the static electricity biological effect. The scholars at home and abroad have already done a great deal of researches in this realm and got lots of fruit from their researches. In recent years, many local scholars employed the electrostatic technique to some researches of breeding and have found it can increase both production and income and improve the qualities of agricultural products. Glycine max is the one of the most important crops in the north of China, and it has high value of nutrition and economy. So, it has very high significance to the production and improve the quality of the Glycine max. This study dealt glycine max in water with high voltage prick positive electric static field. Observing and measuring the germination percentage, germination potential, germination index, vitality index, length of sprouts, weight of the fresh and dry sprouts, and some biochemistry quotas of the activitiesα-amylase,β-amylase and catalase and the content of soluble protein.We got the experiment results as follows:1. Positive high voltage prick electrostatic field could promote the macro index during the germination of the Glycine max. When the voltage was 2 kV, the electric field could make the germination current, germination percentage,germination index and vitality index improve 51.5%, 21.0%, 125% and 391%; 2. Positive high voltage prick electrostatic field could promote the microcosmic index during the germination of the Glycine max. When the time was 30min and the voltage was 6 kV, the most increase that was 184 % for the activity of theα-amylase; When the time was 30min and the voltage was 4 kV, the most increase that was 72.0% for the activity of theβ-amylase; When the time was 30 min and he voltage was 8 kV, the most increase that was 38.7% for the content of soluble protein. When the time was 20 min and he voltage was 4 kV, the most increase that was 39.0% for the activity of catalase. 3. From the experiment results, we can see that the best dispose time is 30min and the best dispose voltage is during 2 kV and 4 kV.
