In this study,12 special early maturity cotton varieties ?lines? were used in variety test in 3 years. Through the comprehensive selection via comparement of yielding ability and yielding stability, we want to select out 1?3 varieties which had an advanced appearance to used in local cotton cultivation. Depended on the "Yiluzao 17' which had the best appearance in variety test, the high yield cultivate technology study were finished in seeding time, seeding density and 3414 fertilizer test. The studying results as below:1?Variety test:The period duration of "Yiluzao 17", "Wanshi 639" and "603" were all suitable for local environments. Lint percentage of these 3 varieties and phenotype had a stability appearance and growth vigour, uniformity and plant height had an advanced appearance. According to "short, thick, early", the cultivation requirements, the agronomy characters of these 3 varieties were all suitable for local cultivation.2?The tested variety in different seeding times showed a different period of duration, extremely difference were 11 days. Meanwhile the differents seeding times had an extremely obvious significance effects to starch length, single boll weight, lint percent, weight of lint and seed cotton, and had an obvious significance to number of single boll; seeding density had an extremely obvious significance effects to plant height and starch length, and had an obvious significance effects to weight of single boll, number of boll per plant, lint percent, weight of lint and seed cotton; the agronomy characters of special early maturating cotton were all effected comprehensively by the seeding time and seeding density, especially in plant height, starch length and weight of seed cotton. The best suitable seeding time was 19 Apri, the best suitable plant interval was 14 cm and suitable seeding density was 13,000?15,000 plants per 667m2.3?The 3414 fertility test:The treatment 6 ?total fertilization? which had the highest yield appearance, which was 309.27kg per 667m2, fertilizer dosage was N2P2K2. Yield of treatments 1 ?no fertilization? was 222.23 kg per 667m2, the boll number per plant and wight of single boll had an obviously advantage which compared with treatment 1. Treatment N2P2K2 has the best economic benefits and N2P0K2 have the best input-out ration. Through the fertilizer effect function ?The ternary quadratic equation regression analysis?, we found that:the best suitable fertilizer input dosage were N:20.665kg per 667m2, P2O5:24.179 kg per 667m2, K2O:3.025 kg per 667m2, yields was 308.63 kg per 667m2. Through quadratic equation with on unknown, the best ferilizeration dosage were N 19.856 kg per 667m2 with yield 309.8 kg per 667m2; P 16.8 kg per 667m2 with yield 309.36 kg per 667m2, K 3.887 kg per 667m2 with yield 308.239 kg per 667m2.
