| This paper observed the biological characteristics of tomato parents, compared the difference between " early 08 x Series-1" combination (to be named "hope 08") and the other mainly cultivated varieties in market, and studied regional adaptability of" early 08 xSeries-1" combination.. The cultivation techniques were studied and formulated through comparison and research., The experiment results showed that:1. The results of the two consecutive years of early spring tomato greenhouse experiment showed that:the period from planting to start collecting was 57d for " early 08 x Series-1", which belonged the early maturing varieties with moderate growing. It was not easy to soaring and premature senescence during the late period, with fast turning red of the fruit, color uniform, deep and high content of lycopene, accommodation of solid content of 5.19%, smooth and beautiful appearance, high hardness, resistance to storage, and high commodity value. It was more tolerant to coldness and drought, with stronger adaptability to low temperature and light, "early 08 x Series-1" performed the strongest resistance to the virus disease, and had no resistance to Botrytis cinerea, but had good tolerance. The average weight of "Jinpeng No.1" reached 190g, which was the highest, followed by "908", " early 08 xSeries-1" and "East St. No.1", whose weight was 185g, 179g and 172g, respectively. But " early 08 xSeries-1" produced the highest total production, which was 7462.62kg per mu,11.21% higher, than "908",17.21% higher than "Jinpeng No.1", and 18.26% higher than "Dong Sheng one".2. The regional adaptability of "early 08 xSeries-1" composite were studied, and the results showed that:The 3 varieties was planted in Anhui Lu’an and Henan Nanyang area, with the presence of a small amount of Botrytis cinerea and anti-Fusarium wilt, blight disease and bacterial disease, and virus disease was more serious, while " early 08 xSeries-1" had the lowest incidence. The area average yield of "early 08×Series-1" combination and yield were the highest among the three kinds of varieties, which had obvious advantages in yield in contrast to is "908" and "Jinpeng No.1" varieties, "early 08 xSeries-1" was earlier in maturation, which had the same fruiting stage of the fourth ear with "Jinpeng No.l" while was 5 days earlier than "908", belonging to the early maturing varieties."Early 08×Series-1" was more advantageous than "Jinpeng No.l" and "908", generally. From perspectives of height, width and growth type, "early 08 xSeries-1" was more suitable, and was not easy to aging and overgrow during the late stage, while "Jinpeng No.1" showed premature aging during the process of planting. From the commodity character of skin color, flesh color, hilum and appearance, " early 08×Series-1" showed fast converting of the fruit to red, color uniformity, deeper color, deep pink of peel and pulp, correct and smooth fruit shape, small handle trace and umbilical. In terms of edible quality, " early 08 xSeries-1" tasted acidic, sweet and comfortable, and was more popular with consumers.3. " early 08 xSeries-1" combination of tomato in Huai River area with high yield and high efficiency cultivation technology of GAP in early spring was studied and formulated. |
