The Study On Influencing Factors Of Yili Valley Grassland Degradation And Countermeasure Research

Regarded as a human important natural and economic resources, if prairie can be fully rational used which provides pastoral life with significant economic and ecological benefits. With rich grassland resources in Yili, but for a long time, under the combined effect of various factors, there has been seriously degraded grassland and ecological environment deteriorating, affecting the sustainable development of grassland animal husbandry and improving farmer income.Therefore, it is considerable and significant for promoting the sustainable use of grassland resources to research and analyze there a son of grassland degradation and formulas effective prevention and treatment strategies. Based on the research and analysis of grassland degradation on the basis of factors discussed effective ways of grassland degradation prevention, we put forward political recommendations. The main findings are as follows:(1) In natural factors of yili Valley grassland degradation,climate factors are tiny, but rodents and insects have an great impact on it. Theoretical analysis of socio-economic factors indicates that Yili Valley of socio-economic factors is the main cause of grassland degradation. Due to increased population, overgrazing,firewood collection and other unreasonable excessive use of grassland, rapid population growth, single industrial structure and low herdsmen income, all of these lead to more serious grassland degradation.(2) From the result of factor analysis, the total number of livestock, industrial structure, the per average income of herdsmen and cattle slaughter rates are reasons,which cause the Yili Valley grassland degradation of key socio-economic factors.Grey correlation analysis showed that the degree of impact, in descending order: The total number of livestock population, livestock slaughter rates, industry structure,average income of herdsmen.(3) Based on the analysis above, it presents seven effective solutions of topreventing and controlling grass deterioration: By means of family planning, on grass for livestock inhibit the growth of population and livestock, ease the pressure on grassland and livestock population; Scientific and Rational use of natural grassland,strengthen the construction of severely degraded grassland, mildly, moderately degraded grassland protection, increase the intensity of artificial grassland establishment, improving grassland productive, Reconstruct pastoral primary industry,develop modern grassland husbandry, rationalize structure of livestock industry,strengthen the construction of a high level of feed industry and animal husbandry infrastructure, promote industrialization. Strengthening the development of the secondary industry mainly in animal product processing, and actively develop the feature tourism and promote economic growth in pastoral area. We should Improve grassland property rights, achieve internalization of externalities, strengthen grassland environmental awareness of herdsmen grass and prevent the continuing degradation of grassland resources.
