Hazardous gas cylinders have a wide range of specifications in China,which are widely distributed,and are flammable,explosive,toxic,and corrosive.They pose a threat that cannot be ignored in the life and property safety of the people.Therefore,it is very important for the entire process of safety supervision,monitoring,abnormal alarming,and accident tracking to be performed during storage,transportation,and usage.However,there are many defects in the circulation and safety supervision of hazardous gas cylinders in China.The technical application is not in place,and the corresponding laws and regulations are not perfect,resulting in frequent safety accidents.The traditional manual registration workload is large,the management efficiency is low,and the operation flow is not standardized.Mixed charging,wrong charging,and overcharge are all problems that cause corrosion,chemical pollution,fatigue,premature failure,and other hidden troubles in gas cylinders.In view of the above drawbacks of traditional cylinder filling management,this design uses RFID technology,combined with wireless communication technology,Qtsql database,QtNetwork network programming technology and embedded linux system,based on the ARM platform to establish an safety management system of advanced hazardous gas cylinder.The intelligent management of the cylinder filling process is realized,and strict supervision of all rounds of the entire market circulation process and safety life cycle of cylinders is conducted without any loophole,which greatly improves management efficiency and reduces or eliminates safety hazards.This topic mainly completes the following works:1.The establishment of system hardware and software platforms.This design uses an ARM hardware platform based on the Linux operating system,manages the data information of cylinders through RFID technology,and completes the data exchange with the gas station server using GPRS or WIFI wireless communication technology.Humanmachine interaction interface of the device is based on the Qt graphics library.;Completion of the hardware circuit design of each functional module and writing or porting of the Linux device driver program to achieve the underlying support of the system software and hardware platform.2.The programming of system software.The application programs such as sound card,GPRS,WiFi,LCD display and touch screen,and user interface has been programmed,combining RFID radio frequency information collection system and staff safety login management to achieve safe reading and writing of cylinder information,visual operation,and network management,updating cylinder database information to reduce the impact of human factors on the safety of cylinders.The refueling station server side realizes the centralized management of cylinder information,and the authorization management of the handheld reading device,and manages the registered user's account password and fingerprint data,and realizes operations such as adding and deleting users.
