Research On Intelligent Household Items Management System

With the rapid development of computer technology and electronic information technology, intelligent home has emerged due to the new demands on the high quality of daily household life. This topic, based on research background, and domestic & international market development situation of intelligent home system, attempts to design an intelligent home system on household objects management by using Radio Frequency Identification Technology(RFID).The hardware of this system consists of a hand-held reader-writer device and an active electronic tag. Hand-held reader-writer device, taking STM32F103C8T6 invented by ST Company as its main control chip, includes RF transceiver module based on CC2500, LCD module, and keyboard input module. The main control chip of active electronic tag adopts STC12LE5204 AD, with CC2500 as RF chip, which facilitates the mutual communication. Besides, this system uses Altium Designer software to design the schematic diagram and PCB.In respect of software designing, official firmware library provided by ST Company is used to complete underlying driver, which serial port, LCD, keyboard input and CC2500 RF are programmed, and finally object information input, object searching in fixed and random position can be realized.At the end of this topic, test process and results of the complete system are presented. Through this experiment, deficiencies and weaknesses of this design are found, and methods to these problems are proposed, which will lay a foundation for further system upgrade.
