Study On The Mode Of Fixed Equipment Maintenance Of Urban Rail Transit

Chinese urban rail transit has come into the period of rapid development,Soon after the construction,there will be many management tasks for equipment.For that the construction schedule is not the same in different cities,and the rail scale in operation in different,the background of fixed equipment maintenance varies in different cities.How to choose a management mode of fixed equipment maintenance suitable for respective characteristic is practically significant for safety operation of urban rail transit and sustainable development of rail transit enterprises.Firstly,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the maintenance management of rail transit in our country and found out the causes of the problems.The comparatively mature models of equipment maintenance and management at home and abroad are comparatively analyzed,and the professional management modes,regionalized management modes and mixed management modes are summarized.The organizational structure forms and the advantages and disadvantages of these three common equipment maintenance modes and applicability are summarized.This paper analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the mainte nance mode of urban rail transit.Establish management mode evaluation index system from supply,needs and environmental constraints,after the research of internal and external influencing factors of fixed equipment maintenance management mode.Utilizing the traditional Set-valued statistics and Topsis method to construct the management mode selecting model based on the Set-valued statistics and Topsis.Finally,taking Chongqing as an example,the established equipment maintenance mode selection model is used for verification analysis.
