With the construction of China Railway High-speed(CRH) and the increasement in operating mileage, the maintenance and management of fixed equipment has become increasingly prominent, the traditional maintenance model can not fully meet the high-speed rail fixed equipment maintenance requirements. Railway bureaus' high-speed rail construction timing, size, background of fixed equipment maintenance are not the same.Therefore, how to choose a suitable management mode is practically significant for its safe operation of CRH.In this thesis,the management mode of CRH's comprehensive maintenance within the jurisdiction of each railways bureaus is studied by borrowing railway experiences home and aboard and by combining CRH's characteristics. The main work and results are shown as follows:(1) This thesis summarizes the contents of the maintenance work of the CRH's equipment, analyzes the maintenance service system and the maintenance business process of the fixed equipment,and analyzes the management mode of the CRH's maintenance in detail.(2) Based on the analysis of the fixed equipment maintenance system in each railways bureaus, the typical maintenance management modes suitable for national condition of China are put forward that is hybrid maintenance management mode, comprehensive maintenance management model, professional maintenance management mode, authorized maintenance management mode. In addition, the contents, organization structural form and the advantages and disadvantages of four modes are qualitatively analyzed.(3) On the basis of analyzing the factors which influence the chioces to the mode of fixed equipment comprehensive maintenance, Maintenance mode selection system is built from three aspects of supply constrain, demand constraint and environmental constraints in railways bureaus. By combining the traditional extremum statistics method with TOPSIS method, extremum-statistics-TOPSIS optimize mode is constructed.(4) Based on the optimize mode, the selection to fixed equipment comprehensive maintenance modes of Shanghai,Zhengzhou,Beijing railways bureaus is analyzed,and the CRH fixed equipment maintenance innovation mode is previewed by the analysis result.
