Civil Airport Emergency Support Plan Design And Process Simulation

Civil airport is an important transportation hub for civil aviation in China.Its safety has been widely concerned by the society.When emergencies occur,it is an important measure to reduce casualties and property losses by adopting a correct and effective emergency support plan.In order to ensure the feasibility and effect of airport emergency support,to solve the problem of human,material and financial resources consumption in emergency rehearsal,a set of emergency support scheme is designed and the visualization of the scheme is realized in Nanning airport specific emergency.First,according to the basic information and emergency situation of the airport,the resources required for the emergency guarantee process are designed.The fire resources are designed by the fire resources attribute and the foam consumption required.The design of medical rescue resources is designed and the number of passengers is combined with the number of casualties in the course of time.The transportation class resources are designed by quantity and transportation resources,and the optimal path of emergency support for various resources is designed by using the Dijkstra optimal path algorithm and considering the effect of time cost on the resource security results.Second the simulation platform of the airport emergency support process is designed,and the process simulation is carried out to realize the visualization of the project.Third the evaluation model of airport emergency support scheme based on satisfaction is established,and compared with the historical emergency guarantee scheme,the evaluation result of this scheme is better than the historical scheme.Through the design and Simulation of the scheme,it provides a new idea for the design and verification method of civil airport emergency support plan.
