The Research On The Fine Management Of Pushihe Pumped-storage Power Station

With sustained economic growth,people’s living standards is gradually improved,and meanwhile the demand for electric power is increasing as well.In order to adapt to the growing power demand,the electric power industry has to reform and develop.As a new type,pumped-storage power station came into being.Review the development in recent years,it can be seen that the extensive mode of management is still used in traditional power station of China,which seriously restricts the development of pumped-storage power station.Some managers gradually realize the importance of fine management,take advantage of the reform to improve the management of pumped-storage power station,and gradually move towards to fine development road.However,because the power industry is dependent on the development of the national policy,its innovation and transformation is extremely slow,the target is uncertain,the internal management order is in chaos,the organization is complex,and implementation is ineffective.Finally,the fine management of pumped-storage power station has not been really realized.Taking the Pushihe pumped-storage power station as the research object,this paper analyzes the problems,and puts forward to corresponding measures from the aspects of operation management,equipment management and safety management respectively,from the aspects of human resource management,enterprise culture management,financial management and information system management as the base.It provides the direction for the development of Pushihe pumped-storage power station,changes and innovates the management mode of pumped-storage power station.Based on the thought of fine management,with the scientific management method,this paper puts forward to the improvement measures and suggestions for the Pushihe pumpedstorage power station.It is a new attempt on the fine management of Pushihe pumped-storage power station,which provides reference for the sustainable development of the follow-up pumped storage power station in the future.
