In recent years,China's various industries have developed rapidly,and people's demand for electricity has also increased.Ensuring the stability and efficient operation of power grids has become an important part of power engineering construction.Large-scale construction of pumped storage power stations is an important means of operation to achieve stable and efficient power grids.As a new type of power station,the construction of pumped storage power station is an extremely complicated system project.In the process of construction and construction,the whole project construction must be guided by the idea of systematization,process and standardization.At present,the research on safety management and evaluation of the construction stage of pumped storage power station is in its infancy,and various safety management problems still lack effective and timely solutions and methods.To this end,this paper reviews the safety management mode of pumped storage power stations at home and abroad,summarizes the safety management problems existing in the construction stage of existing pumped storage power stations,and analyzes the characteristics and management methods of the pumped storage power station construction stage.Combing and summarize,pointed out a series of problems and challenges in the safety management of pumped storage power stations,and introduced the safety management theory and management system.Firstly,the theory and method of safety management of pumped storage power station are introduced,and the purpose,principle and key factors of safety management system establishment are discussed.Secondly,the evaluation index of the safety management system in the construction stage of the pumped storage power station is established.Then,based on the analytic hierarchy process,the proportion of the evaluation indicators at each level is determined,and then the safety management system and management system of the pumped storage power station construction stage are proposed,organizational structure,departmental responsibilities and management tools.Taking Q pumped storage power station as an example,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the evaluation results of the safety management system,which further improves the content of the safety management system and introduces relevant methods and management modes of safety risk management and control a complete,scientific and reasonable safety management system for the construction stage of pumped storage power stations.
