Progress Management Research Of Heilongjiang Huanggou Pumped Srorage Power Station Project Based On BIM Technology

The construction of pumped storage power station is characterized by large scale,many participants and complex construction influencing factors.For the pumped storage power station project schedule control,the traditional schedule management concept is basically applied in China.As more and more new power stations are being built in China,as well as more and more strict requirements on safety,quality,schedule and cost of pumped storage power stations by construction units,the former schedule control methods are increasingly unable to meet the new needs.The gradual maturity of BIM Technology has brought new inspiration for the schedule control of pumped storage power station.This paper first analyzes the deficiencies in the schedule management of Huanggou hydropower station,and introduces the BIM Technology and the advantages of BIM Technology.Then,the BIM based schedule management research is carried out for Huanggou hydropower station.This paper first introduces the 3D model and schedule creation process of Huanggou hydropower station,and then completes the combination of model and plan through BIM platform software,and finally forms the 4D model of Huanggou hydropower station.Combined with the established model,this paper discusses the schedule control system of Huanggou Hydropower Station Based on BIM function,analyzes the process of planning and control of Huanggou hydropower station by using this method,and discusses BIM based schedule management assurance measures.Finally,through the implementation of the lining case of the water conveyance system of Huanggou hydropower station,the feasibility of establishing BIM model and schedule management of Huanggou Hydropower Station Based on BIM is verified.Meanwhile,the paper focuses on the implementation of BIM,from the aspects of technical reserve,personnel organization and process management,the general rules of schedule management of Huanggou hydropower station based on BIM are summarized.
