Study On The Design Of Urban Block Residential Aera

Residential area is moving towards diversification development in the world.In this background,our housing is still dominated by closed residential model.The single residential pattern can not meet the residents which is the living environment and space needs.The New District in twenty-first Century as a residential model block,it can have better contact with the city in terms of space layout and structure.At that time,it can solve problems,generate the closed area,residential form and added rich in china.As a kind of open residential area,the block type residential area has a positive role in promoting the development of the city and the residential area itself,which makes the residential area organically integrate with the city in space and form.In recent years,residential development is rapid in our city,the quickening of urbanization is making the cities ’s territory continuing spread,residential construction has been used more and more space,the cities exploit a large enclosed residential area.But the constant development of the residential area,so many problems and defects are also exposed,such as the residential district covers an area of large,isolated residential area and the city environment,the street lost vitality gradually,low utilization of public facilities,the city style convergence,these kinds of regrettable facts are reminding us to reconsider the situation and looking for an opportunity to change.This paper takes the residential district of Qingdao as an example,focus on the development of block,analysis and survey of the relevant literature and case,combined with the current development situation of the city,standing on the city planning and architecture of city residential area to improve the integration and sharing of the proposed effective solution strategy,the specific contents are as follows:First of all,sorting out the domestic and foreign researches about the residential area,analyzing the domestic and foreign residential blocks proposed and developed,the comparative study of typical cases,which lead to thinking how to develop the future urban settlements model will develop.Next to the residential areas of Qingdao as an example,analyzed and summarized the status quo of Qingdao city residential area,and then compared with the classic case study to find out the existing problems and the causes of the problems,proposed the use of "street style" open "alternative solutions of the closed area".Finally,from the perspective of city planning and architecture,from the overall construction,the relationship between the residential area and the city residential area,the exterior space design,basic block unit design and other aspects of the block type settlements in the design strategy,the paper makes a vision and prospect for the development of residential areas and blocks.
