The mould has an important position in industrial production,and it is widely used in automobile,electronics,electric appliance,aviation,instrument,light industry,plastic,daily necessities and other industries.Many products can not be finished by mechanical process in the manufacturing process,and must rely on the mold to ensure that the mold is a high-tech product in mechanical manufacture.In many cases,the level of manufacturing in a country is determined by the level of mold manufacturing.A full mould manufacturing project typically involves five stages,the start-up phase,the design phase,the production stages,the delivery phase.each phase has a different risk,and the mould manufacturing project has a big investment,a long period of time,time,and a lot of other things,and the risk of the manufacturing process is more difficult than the other manufacturing,and it's very important for the mould business to minimize the risk to the mold manufacturing project.This thesis is from one of J company mould workshop specific car mould manufacturing practice of project,the project started from April 2016 to the end of February 2017,the project construction period of 8 months,a total investment of 8 million 200 thousand yuan,according to the theory of risk management method for reference and combining with the characteristics of mold manufacturing project to conduct a comprehensive risk management of the mold manufacturing project the risk analysis of project risk identification,prevention,control,to find ways to avoid,reduce and transfer risk,the probability and the loss of the mold manufacturing project risk is reduced to a minimum,help mold manufacturing enterprises to provide reliable basis and effective guidance in risk analysis.The first chapter of this thesis mainly elaborates the background and significance of the research,and the current research status of risk management,especially the mold,and the thoughts and methods of the research.The second chapter mainly embarks from the basic concept of project risk management,the concept and connotation of project management,project risk management are analyzed and expounded,carries on the analysis to the project risk management the general characteristics of the process,to tease out the important theoretical knowledge of project risk management.The third Chapter describes the construction projects of the J company,the mold workshop of J company and the mould workshop of J company,which mainly includes the background,organizational framework,work breakdown structure,description of the project and the description of the process of the project.The fourth chapter is the theoretical contact practice,which mainly carries out the comprehensive risk analysis of the automobile mold manufacturing project of J company's mold workshop,namely,from the six aspects of risk management plan,risk identification,risk classification,risk assessment,risk response and risk monitoring.The fifth chapter is mainly the conclusion and the prospect.
