The Application Of RFID Technology To Fuel Management In Power Plant

This paper briefly describes the basic concept of RFID,the principle and technical characteristics of RFID and the development of RFID in and out of China. It introduces the background, necessity, working process and the advantages of the effects for Xiahuayuan power plant fuel management with this technology. It focus on the application of the technology of RFID in the following three aspects:random points sampling, automatic weighing of vehicles and processing of electronic coding.Before the design of specific sistem, the first access to such a large number of relevant information and the needed problem of fuel management, it establish the fuel management for integrated network system through the introduction of radio frequency identification technology and network technology. The commissioning of the system were obtained after the staff unanimously approved. The use of the system can greatly improve the fuel management efficiency and management level, a lot of artificial completed work realized mechanization, automation and networking. Random distribution of mechanical full-section sampling ensures that the sampling process uniformity and the coal sample representation, the position of sampling the whole camera tracking and retained a video file on sampling personnel behavior to restrict effectively, ensure entire electronic coding adopted, the preparation of test samples, the security and privacy automatic vehicle identification, weighing not only speed up the coal feeding process, and ensure the accuracy of measurement, measurement and real-time transmission of data to ensure that the measurement data is not disturbed by human factors, a true reflection of the coal quantity. On the other hand, the system can effectively suppress the adulteration makes false phenomenon of coal, automobile, safeguard the interests of enterprises.
