Environmental issues have been taken into account with the high-speed development of economy since the proposition of the sustainable development strategy in the 1980 s.Only on condition that economic development coordinates with environmental protection can we ensure that we have enough resources and healthy living conditions in the near future.More and more attention is being paid to the greenization of the construction industry,which has an unignorable impact on the sustainable development of our society.However,the greenization should be guided by reasonable laws and regulations based on certain integral and measurable evaluation systems to provide it with theoretical and practical guidance.Therefore,the evaluation standard of green architecture was brought into being at the right moment,which includes a wide range of evaluation categories being widely used around the world.In addition,with the increasing demand for public transportation the subway construction is becoming more and more significant.Its land-occupancy,energy and material consumption along with the spatial design have all become the primary concerns connected with sustainable development.Currently,despite the fact that green building is defined as “vertical construction”,it is urgent to introduce it into “horizontal building”.So in order to analyze the feasibility of the application of the green building evaluation standard to subway construction and realize the greenization of the whole life cycle of the subway,I have achieved the following in my essay.Firstly,with the development of green building evaluation systems at home and abroad,the application of BIM theory and technology as well as the research status of green subways analyzed,the relevant theories of BIM technology have been summarized,the development of domestic BIM technology demonstrated,and further corresponding promotion measures provided.I have also made an analysis of the application status of “the Green Building Evaluation Standard” by making a comparison with the characteristics of it in other countries.Meanwhile,the difficulties of its implementation in China are considered,too.Secondly,based on the adaptability of BIM technology and green building as well as the brief discussion of the seven indicators of the newest “Green Building Evaluation Standard”,the method and process of the application of BIM technology in green building index evaluation are demonstrated,and the BIM model of green evaluation framework structure has been established.Thirdly,by analyzing the adaptability of the rating system of green building in subway construction item by item,an evaluation index system in green metro is established,and the feasibility of the indicator system with BIM is demonstrated through expounding the basic theory and research contents of the green subway.Hence,the green evaluation system of subway construction was achieved.Finally,in combination with the example of a metro station in Wuhan and on the basis of the identification of green metro evaluation indexes,BIM-related software modeling and professional analysis are used to evaluate some of the indicators of the green metro evaluation system,and the corresponding feasible technologies and strategies are proposed.The weight of each evaluation indicator item is determined by AHP method,and the green evaluation of the metro station is evaluated.
