Research On Construction And Evaluation System Of Green Building

With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for resources and energy has been more and more.At the same time,human construction activities have produced serious environmental pollution problems and energy crises and exacerbated the greenhouse effect and global warming.Green building can improve the utilization efficiency of resource energy,reduce environmental impact and protect environment effectively.The green building is the concrete embodiment of the sustainable development view in the construction industry,and is also the only way for social sustainable development.This paper has focused on the green building construction and green building evaluation system.Yiyuan County Citizen Center has been taken as the engineering background,and the green building construction and green building evaluation system has been focused on.The specific work of this article is as follows:The definition of green building,the characteristic and appraisal system were firstly elaborated.The development of green architecture at home and abroad was summarized,in order to illustrates the background and significance of green building.Then,the green construction was introduced and compared with the traditional construction.The consumption of resource energy and the impact on environment of construction are concentrated and abrupt.As a result,green construction was the key to realize energy saving and emission reduction of buildings.Green construction based on the concept of sustainable development pursued high efficiency,low energy consumption,environmental protection.Through scientific management and technological progress,"four savings and one environmental protection" were realized.Therefore,green construction was the future development direction in China.Then,from the system development and evaluation methods,BREEAM,LEED,SBTool,China Eco-Residential Technology Evaluation Handbook,Green Olympic Architecture evaluation system and green building evaluation standards were introduced.The green building evaluation system measureed the "green" degree of architecture through a series of indexes.It can guide the engineering practice and standardize the industry market,promote the green building development.Then,combined with engineering practice,this paper analyzed the Yiyuan County Civic Center project,which the author worked in.The concepts of green building were used in the design and construction of the project with the theory guiding practice.At last,the problems in the development of green building in our country were pointed out,some suggestions as well as the future development direction of green architecture were put forward.
