The loading section of the civil air cargo plane is an important part of the flight operation.The safety and efficiency of the loading have gradually become the goal that the airline has to achieve in order to improve its competitiveness.Based on this,taking into account the basic principles and practical constraints of the civil aircraft freight loading operation,an optimization model for civil aviation freighter loading is established to achieve the goal of safe and efficient loading of civil air cargo aircraft.Firstly,the loading characteristics of narrow-body cargo aircraft in civil aviation are analyzed,and a mixed-integer programming model with the maximum load capacity and take-off center of gravity as the targets,and with constraints such as basic weight constraints,barycentric envelope constraints,and maximum loading constraints is established.The improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.The comparison between the results of the example and the manual loading results shows that the algorithm can obtain a satisfactory solution within an average of 0.2s;Secondly,the characteristics of civil airliner wide-body freighter loading are analyzed.Based on the optimization model of narrow-body freighter loading,the constraints of large-scale container stacks and special cargo transportation are added for modeling,and the differences of the loading of narrow-body and wide-body freighters in civil aviation are pointed.The simulated annealing step is added to the original improved genetic algorithm to design a hybrid genetic algorithm.The results of the proposed algorithm were compared with the results of the improved genetic algorithm to verify the effectiveness and robustness of the algorithm;Finally,based on JAVA programming,the stowage optimization system for civil aviation freighter was designed and developed to better apply it to the actual loading work.The research results of this paper have certain reference value and practical significance to solve the problem of current stowage optimization of civil aviation cargo aircraft.
