| At present,the demand for transformation and upgrading of engineering and construction industry is increasing.The traditional extensive construction method cannot meet the requirements of transformation and upgrading again.Now,the industrialization and greening have become a new direction for the development of construction industry.BIM(building information model)is a digitalized expression of engineering technology information and management information,and a direct application of digital technology in the engineering and construction industry.It represents the latest trend of information technology application in engineering and construction industry.BIM technology,as a new digital construction method vigorously implemented by the state,can effectively accelerate the industrialization and greening process of construction engineering,and help enterprises achieve green construction,reduce cost and increase efficiency.The construction industry,there are some different industry characteristics from other industries.Most of the projects have such characteristics as labor intensive,capital intensive,professional wide and complex engineering management.The project management,most of the domestic engineering project still is the extensive management of the state,most of the projects did not use any advanced technology,the field data acquisition,construction schedule control is the use of the original manual reporting methods,it is difficult to control the project schedule,engineering quality and safety are too much to rely on the traditional way of management not to prevent and control effectively,can advance the simulation and verification on the key construction technology method,cause rework regularly,it is so difficult to control the construction cost.The competitiveness of domestic construction enterprises is difficult to be effectively promoted and maintained.In order to accelerate the rapid popularization and application of BIM technology in the construction engineering industry,the government should to issue some national standards.Through research and Analysis on a subway project in China Railway Bureau under the combination of the PDCA theory,project management theory,analysis of the BIM cost control theory based on the theory,focuses on the analysis and solve the following problems to help enterprises improve and optimize the management process and improve the efficiency: 1)the engineering design of data quality management,"reviewing by the 3D model" school trial;2)the BIM model realize the fine management based on the project,the project construction cost control;3)using BIM technology,realize the construction organization design and construction scheme,found the optimal implementation of 4D;4)construction simulation by BIM technology,auxiliary project schedule management,improve management efficiency.Through analyzing the problems of M project,puts forward to the feasible management optimization suggestions,and ultimately helps to improve the management efficiency and level of construction enterprises.At the same time,it can also provide assistance and reference for other similar enterprises. |
