In recent years,the real estate projects are getting more expensive and competitive in major cities.The joint construction can make each side acceptance risk and reduce the difficulty of development.Therefore,it has gradually become a common and important development model in real estate development.Since the difficulty of development has been reduced,the expected profits becomes the main point between each side of the joint construction parties.This core content runs through the whole process of project implementation,around this core content,the paper point at the introduction of the XX group 1 land construction project and emphasis on the analysis of the implementation and profit of the subitems of the office building.Since the profit was not reach the expectation,this article uses the method of contrast to explain the ideas from the theoretical basis to the practice case,post evaluation of subitems of office buildings,quantification determine the gap between the results and the budget to find out why the profit of the office building is not expected.Through post evaluation analysis,the post evaluated conclusions of the XX group 1land construction project are as follows: matters are existed in the implementation of the project and Profit realization did not reach expectations.The fault of the design phase of the project is the main factor affecting the realization of the profit of the project and this paper reorganized the causes of the above factors and the presented measures in order to provide the assistance for the future construction of similar projects.It's the great significance to the efficiency of investment and the improvement of the quality of project management.
