Research On Application Of Total Quality Management To Construction Of Intercity Railway Project From AIBD Airport

The intercity railway project occupies an important position in national economy With the increasingly fierce global competition,large foreign construction companies continue to enter the domestic market,and China’s construction companies are facing tremendous changes.Therefore,it is an urgent problem for construction companies to improve the quality management level according to the changing environment.The purpose of this paper is to optimize the project quality management program and apply it to construction companies to continuously improve and enhance the quality management capabilities and achieve the company’s core strategic goals.Based on the AIBD airport intercity railway project,this article analyzes the influencing factors of project quality management from various aspects and perspectives and systematically summarizes the existing quality management problems in AIBD projects.Firstly,the relationship between quality and cost is illustrated by the fishbone diagram.Then the process of analysis of the problem mainly focuses on the project construction phase.The important issues for quality management in the design phase,construction phase and completion phase are analyzed.At the same time,on the basis of theoretical analysis,we put forward quality management optimization measures,which are mainly divided into three aspects: quality management organization,quality control system,and management of key quality control points.After optimizing the existing quality problems,the paper also proposes safeguard measures for the AIBD project quality management plan,which ensures that the project quality meets the design standards.Improve the concept of quality management awareness,implement the concept of total quality management,comprehensively train employees’ quality management awareness,and improve the quality of employees.In the scheme design stage,it is the best stage of quality control.Only when the quality standard requirements are clearly defined in the design stage,can we correctly guide the construction in the later period and control the quality of the project.Finally,It promotes the construction of civilized construction while paying attention to project quality,and carry out project quality management under the premise of no pollution or destruction of the environment.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the quality of AIBD project construction and obtain the results.Based on the results of the evaluation,we propose specific measures to improve the quality management of the relevant large-scale inter-city railway construction projects.
