The asphalt overlay on cement concrete pavement needs good anti reflection crack abilit y,which can ensure the durability of service function of old road reconstruction project.Acco rding to the Guangxi heat and heavy traffic characteristics,from the aspects of pavement struc ture and pavement material two to consider overlay shot crack prevention technology,through data collection,field investigation,laboratory test and engineering application of means to ca rry out the Guangxi cement concrete pavement asphalt overlay reflective crack prevention tec hnology research,reveal the Guiliu high-speed pavement reconstruction(one or two)asphalt overlay to occur in the early stage of the disease reasons of reflection cracking,proposes a des ign method of paving layer structure design and material of good anti reflective cracking abilit y of the asphalt,developed suitable for overlay crack mending of filling materials,the main co nclusions are as follows:(1)Guiliu high-speed pavement reconstruction(one and two)layer of early disease to reflective cracking rutting,mainly cement asphalt pavement,reflection cracking is mainl y due to load and temperature,the old road disease treatment is not thorough and the pavemen t structure and material design caused by unreasonable.(2)through calculation and scheme comparison,the asphalt overlay structure scheme wit h excellent anti reflection crack ability is proposed.(3)the stress level with the optimal design method and the optimum asphalt aggregate rat io method to determine the absorption,application in practical engineering,has achieved rema rkable results,especially the anti reflective cracking ability has been greatly improved.(4)the high viscoelastic sealing material was prepared,and the related process parameter s were determined.It has excellent high temperature stability,low temperature resistance to d eformation and adhesion.The research results can be used to guide the solid engineering which has not been paved and paved in Guangxi area,and also provides strong technical support for the domestic ceme nt pavement paved with durable asphalt surface.
