Haerbin-Daqing section of Suifenhe-Manzhouli expressway(G10) (Hereinafter referred to as Haerbin-Daqing expressway) was founded in 1992, which was rebuilt in 1997. The way was only repaired and conserved normally since it was used. Most of original pavement of Haerbin-daqing expressway is cement concrete pavement. With the rapid development of economy, continual increase of traffic and continuous growth of automobile loading, many cement concrete pavement structure has be destroyed, which seriously affectes traffic capacity and service level (fast, safe and comfort). Therefore, Haerbin-Daqing expressway was rebuilt from June 2008 to July 2009.Reconstruction of old cement concrete pavement of Haerbin-Daqing expressway adopted the way of paving asphalt surface. However rapid development of reflective crack in asphalt overlay is a biggest problem, how to prevent and delay occurrence and development of reflective crack in asphalt overlay is a problem about rebuilding project of old cement concrete pavement.Combining Haerbin-Daqing expressway rebuilding project, this paper researches and discusses the technology, which prevents and delays reflective crack of asphalt overlay of old cement concrete pavement.According to condition of old cement concrete pavement, we go to choose the technology of preventing reflection cracking. Therefore, before the design of asphalt overlay, surface damage status and structure condition of the old cement road should be detected detailedly and evaluated correctly. This article explains the method of investigation and evaluation of old cement concrete pavement condition, and provides basis and material for overlay structures design of Haerbin-Daqing expressway, through to the investigation of the old cement pavement condition of Haerbin-Dalqing expressway (K15+300~K132+665).Through the research of generating mechanism of reflective crack in asphalt overlay and the analysis of a few common measures and methods of preventing the reflective crack, old cement pavement repaving and renewal of Haerbin-Daqing expressway adopts the way of laying stress absorbed layer.This paper analyses and discusses some foreign and domestic advanced overlay design methods and ideas, on this basis, according to our country's expressway code, it designs the asphalt overlay structures of old cement concrete pavement of Haerbin-Daqing expressway.This article imports of the method of Superpave to design mix proportion design of stress absorbed layer. Through the design of mix proportion design of old cement concrete pavement stress absorbed layer of Haerbin-Daqing expressway, it discusses application of superpave design method for mix proportion design of the stress absorbed layer mixture.This paper also discusses control points and matters needing attention of each process in the process of asphalt overlay construction.
