In the asphalt pavement of cement pavement,the asphalt overlay must have good high temperature stability except that it has sufficient anti-reflective crack ability.In north guangxi area climate,traffic,and the characteristics of the highway construction,through data collection,field investigation,indoor and outdoor tests and engineering application entity,to conduct the high temperature stability of asphalt concrete pavement in guangxi,reveals the causes of asphalt layer heat disease,proposed has good high temperature performance of asphalt layer structure,paving layer of asphalt material is optimized design,and successfully applied in the real project.The main conclusions are as follows.(1)Asphalt concrete pavement in guangxi early disease is given priority to with rutting and reflecting crack,rut disease grew up in the longitudinal slope sections is relatively obvious,mainly for the instability type,pressure type is compact and abrasion type rut.(2)Aiming at the nature and traffic characteristics of northern guangxi,the paper puts forward the technical countermeasures for the high temperature stability of asphalt overlay.In this paper,the pavement structure of asphalt pavement with asphalt pavement in northern guangxi is proposed.Based on the design specification,the high temperature performance of the two recommended additive schemes was calculated,and it was found that the asphalt overlay structure of the longitudinal slope was better in anti-rutting ability.(3)The design and optimization of asphalt mixtures of various layers of guiliu expressway are carried out based on the principle of skeleton compaction and the most closely packed state.(4)Design ideas based on performance and balanced the longitudinal slope section stress absorbing layer grown up and found that when it is applied in the engineering design in this paper the stress absorbing layer and choose AC10 asphalt mixture has good road performance and using effect.(5)Through the SMA20 asphalt mixture gradation optimization design grew up as a longitudinal slope of road surface rutting resistance materials,indoor test and the real engineering application found that the material has good heat stability and road performance.(6)In order to adapt to high temperature and rainy GuiLiu highway,the characteristics of the heavy traffic,from the Angle of surface layer material design to improve its high temperature stability,through the coarse aggregate proportion and the contents of gravel and road performance of correlation,indoors was carried out by SMA13 optimization of asphalt mixture design research.Compared with the conventional SMA material,the optimized SMA asphalt mixture has better structure and can significantly improve the high temperature stability.The research results can be used to guide the physical engineering in the area of guangxi,which has not yet been developed,and also provide strong technical support for the asphalt pavement of the domestic cement pavement.
