With the continuous increase of highway mileage and the rapid increase of traffic volume,the public demand also increases day by day,and more and more diseases are caused on the highway pavement.The most important work in the day-to-day custody of the highway is to accurately detect and evaluate the highway usage,make scientific decision-making in a scientific manner,and ensure the technical condition of the highway to be safe and comfortable with the minimum capital investment.Papers on the summary of relevant research and scientific and technological achievements at home and abroad,highway pavement disease detection,optimization of conservation decision-making,preventive maintenance time to determine and maintenance management systems and other aspects of research and analysis,to supplement and improve our country pavement maintenance and management Theory and method of decision-making for the actual management of road maintenance to provide an objective set of pavement performance evaluation system and the scientific pavement maintenance decision-making methods.In this paper,the paper first studies the testing and evaluation system of the technical condition of the domestic highway pavement,and summarizes the advantages of the commonly used testing technology and intelligent rapid testing equipment in China.Then the research of conservation decision-making theory is systematically carried out,and the precautionary conservation timing and optimization of conservation scheme are integrated into consideration.The regression analysis method is used to predict and predict all the indexes of pavement performance.Combined with the comprehensive forecast of matter element,The results of the model are analyzed to determine the timing of preventive maintenance.In the second stage,AHP model is established according to each type of conservation measures to determine the best preventive maintenance program.At the same time,the case analysis of the data of Huihe Expressway in Guangdong Province was carried out to evaluate the actual technical conditions of the pavement.The application example of preventive maintenance decision was given and the practicability of the relevant theory was verified.In the end,a comprehensive maintenance management system is put forward,which uses the information management method to centralize the pavement intelligent detection,disease data processing and evaluation,conservation management and maintenance decision to the same management system platform,and uses the computer system to build a large database.The collected disease data can be directly applied to the design of pavement maintenance to provide scientific support for conservation decision-making.
