With the rapid development of China's economy,highway mileage is constantly refreshed,the current global network of China's global network of the first.China's current stage gradually from the highway construction era for the conservation of the times,road network maintenance needs become increasingly serious,However,the study of preventive maintenance in our country is still in the initial stage,and preventive maintenance decisions are mostly based on subjective judgment.Therefore,there is an urgent need to establish a scientific and rational,quantifiable and easy implementation of conservation decision-making system.And provide scientific theoretical basis for highway managers and decision makers.The study of this paper mainly discusses the asphalt pavement in the opening,the impact of vehicle load and environmental factors will gradually appear early disease,Common types can be divided into cracks,deformation,surface damage,water damage four types.With the continuous development of maintenance technology,common Maintenance measures are caulking paste,micro surfacing,fog seal,(super)Overlaying in Thin Layer,slurry seal,stone chips seal.This article lists several diseases that are not suitable for preventive maintenance:such as structural cracks and can not be effectively filled,large or serious repair,deformation of a large number of pushing-movement and lump forming phenomenon,serious rutting,roadbed long-term water difficult to quickly rule out,Subgrade strength and so on.For the preventive evaluation index system,China's current standard of decision-making indicators are comprehensive indexs,and preventive maintenance focus on the road surface of small diseases that will occur before the large disease conservation,so this article on the basis of the original norms of preventive maintenance The index of the structural strength of pavement,cracking ratio,the rutting depth index,the anti-skid coefficient index and the surface dense water performance index are analyzed by the research on the domestic and foreign research Results to sum up the corresponding indicators of the threshold.In the preventive maintenance of the road,the Maintenance departments need to network-level pavement and project-level road program selection analysis.In this paper,the use of decision tree/decision matrix method,for different diseases,different road conditions,lists the corresponding preventive maintenance measures to verify the above decision-making system is feasible,whether and There is a good continuity in the original decision-making theory of preventive technical solutions.The engineering example of this article is in Yichun City,Jiangxi Province Highway Administration under the jurisdiction of several provinces on the road to carry out the corresponding research.The purpose of this project is to make the theory better serve the actual production,and in this process to find the problem and improve in a timely manner,in order to improve the quality of the project,So that the preventive conservation decision-making indicators more scientific and rational,so that the application of preventive maintenance measures more effective,and thus create greater social and economic value.
