Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Road Surface Maintenance In Yangzhou City

With the continuous development of urban economy,the mileage and quality of urban road construction have been improved and improved obviously.Urban road has entered the stage of both management and maintenance,which also put forward higher requirements for road maintenance.At present,there are mainly two outstanding problems in the maintenance and management of urban roads,one is technical problems,which mainly involve the selection of road materials,the application of new materials and technologies,and the improvement of maintenance and construction methods,and the other is management problems Involved in the maintenance system,management strategy and level of improvement.In order to extend the service life of pavement and reduce the maintenance cost of road life cycle,these two aspects need to be improved.This paper studies the maintenance of urban roads in Yangzhou from two aspects of maintenance technology and maintenance management system.Firstly,the existing road maintenance management system and common maintenance technology models in Yangzhou are analyzed,and the main problems in maintenance management are summarized.Secondly,based on the results of pavement inspection and in-situ core drilling,studied the main disease types of urban roads in Yangzhou This paper analyzes the causes of the diseases from the aspects of asphalt quality,design criterion,climate factors,Tarmac ratio design,Tarmac temperature control,Tarmac spreading and the influence of parallel cross operation on the pavement quality Then,through the case project of Wenchang road maintenance in Yangzhou city,from the aspects of design scheme,construction method and maintenance management,this paper puts forward some effective techniques for improving the disease resistance and subgrade bearing capacity of the Tarmac,and some optimized measures for the quality control of maintenance work The effect of road maintenance is evaluated comprehensively.The results show that water damage,deformation and crack of asphalt pavement are the main types of diseases,and design,construction quality control,climate and daily maintenance management are the main causes of the diseases It can effectively improve the performance of urban road by using SUP and SMA gradation as surface asphalt binder and using new material grade technology such as geopolymer to reinforce subgrade Strengthening the daily maintenance quality,adopting the application of recycled asphalt technology and road digging and restoring maintenance technology can significantly improve the maintenance efficiency of roads.In order to do a good job in road maintenance,the paper points out that we should start with systematization,specialization,science and technology,that is,establish scientific maintenance system,draw up and execute rational maintenance plan,and realize systematization maintenance Through market-oriented behavior to select professional maintenance team,the implementation of professional maintenance;the introduction of the use of advanced maintenance concepts and maintenance materials,technology and equipment,to achieve scientific and technological maintenance.The problems and countermeasures of road maintenance technology and management put forward in this study can be used to guide the improvement of road maintenance quality in Yangzhou city It also has certain reference value to the relevant city road maintenance.
